David entered my life as my lawyer. From the moment I saw him, I knew my case was in good hands. He's very direct and honest about the steps of procedures I had to go through. He was very understandable and nonjudgmental of my situation. On the record side, I could tell he had good relations with the... fellow courthouse employees and judge. David helped turn a horribly embarrassing arrest into a turning point in my life. I thought it was just a case that I had to get through. I was charged with 2 count ( felonies ) child abandoned with intent to return . I was currently on probation and he did everything to keep me from getting revoked . I was able to stay free while fighting for my case for almost a year . After that I was able to sign for probation and even got deferred... adjudication for those 2 cases at the end of ending term I can have it expunged and out of my record . I truly recommend David Cunningham.
