Mr. Cunningham’s wisdom and counsel was very clear that it came from years of experience but more importantly expertise. He is genuine and caring. You felt you really had someone in the saddle with you! He was not condemning but very understanding and had your best interest at heart. Our fe...lony case resulted in a dismissal and though that is of most importance I will not forget the professionalism and personal side of the experience. We are greatly thankful for David and would recommend him to anyone.

I faced a daunting situation that not only jeopardized my career and my liberty, but most importantly the well-being of my daughter. David got that. And he did whatever it took to make sure we got through this circumstance and were safe. He was available for communication, flexible in arranging meet...ings, worked nights and weekends, and made sure we executed the strategy well. He walked with me, reliving some of the hardest moments of my life, to defend innocence and see me through to the other side. He knows the risks and he knows what it is like to be sitting in the client’s chair. He’s experienced where it matters most, and it shows in how he conducts himself. I am on the other side now, and for that and David’s help that got us there, I am incredibly grateful. I do not believe anyone ever plans to find themselves needing a criminal defense lawyer, but if you do - hire David.

I had made a mistake and having had a clean record, I had no idea what I had just gotten myself into. I was so scared about what was going to happen but Mr. Cunningham helped me through the process and also helped me calm down. He talks to you and explains things to you in a manner that is almost lik...e a friend or a father, which is very comforting. He is very fast to respond. He understands that you are stressed and want help so he is always there to help you via text, a call, or a meeting. You can tell that he loves what he does and will do his best to help you. I was able to get past this rough patch of my life but I would have not been able to do it without his help. I am extremely grateful for his help and his advice. People mess up but its not the end of the world. If you ever find yourself in a tough situation I cannot recommend Mr. Cunningham enough. He definitely makes a bad situation a lot better.

I found David and one of my darkest parts of my life and from the jump he believed me when no one would listen to my side of the story. He worked day and night to make sure we went over every fact we could about my case, on top of everything he kept me in the loop of what was happening in court even ...when we weren't scheduled to be there. He never left me confused or questioning what was to happen. All around great guy and hard working definitely deserves more than 5 stars.
