David P. Cunningham

I havent had a lot of experience with lawyers but if i ever need another one, i hope he is as helpful and attentive as Mr Cunningham is. He went over every aspect of our case and made sure we knew all our options. When we hired him, he assured us that he would only be a phone call away and true to hi...s word he was always available when we had questions. He has even went above and beyond to help in matters not related to the case he was hired for.

I have known David for several years now and he is the best. He is very honest and will be straight up with you and tells you what is in your best interest. He will not sell you a dream and then shoot you down. I find the bad review on here from the unknown to be questionable. David is a busy man but... has always responded to me or others that I've known to seek his legal services or even just for advice. I have referred several people to David and they all speak highly of him. He is very well respected in my household and it shows that he is well respected in the community as well.

We are truly singing praises for this incredible attorney after he was able to get the criminal charges against our daughter "no billed." This was a very convoluted, complicated case. It was a devastating situation for our entire family. Mr. Cunningham supported us, educated us, guided us, reassur...ed us, and eventually literally saved us and our daughter's lives. He went above and beyond to accomplish this by making a thorough investigation, spending time interviewing relevant persons, and providing much needed counseling for our daughter and ourselves. This case was resolved in record time (six months) but it seemed like an eternity. My advice for anyone in this situation is to trust what your attorney says, follow his advice completely, be patient, pray and allow the process to unfold. May you be fortunate enough to have Mr. Cunningham fighting for you and standing by your side for what could be the most frightening and horrendous experience of your life. We are so grateful to have him in our lives and for the miraculous outcome he produced. For this we will forever be "singing his praises!"
