Like any spouse, when you get that phone call and you are all alone you do not know where to start or go from! First off I thank AVVO cause without it I never would have narrowed it down to Herman! My hubby was arrested for 2nd DUI, (1ST one was dismissed never expunged through our own negligence) Wa...lking into Herman 's office we were both nervous , anxious and didn't know really what to expect, but knew we needed a good lawyer!! We went into a conference room where he holds his meeting, and had his office assistant/paralegal Natalie join in the meeting. He turned the tables to us, he was not all talk, he asked my husband to recount what he remembered of the arrest, to the booking and then explained he needed to see 2 tapes, both at the field and at the station and await for alcohol blood test! Through this whole ordeal he was always accessible, via text/phone/email you name it ! He always answered promptly. He told us what to expect, what the legal procedures were, and what they meant! How patient to be , when my husband was almost giving up and wanting to just go to jail, he advised that wouldn't be best and he negotiated the very best option and we got the best deal considering ! I want to say that his familiarity with the court room and his diligent work on so many cases, and we are told some worse then my hubby (which I cannot imagine) he really helped us. My hubby was slapped with reduced court fees, community service, probation for a year, he even got the interlock removed, he managed to secure his license from being suspended which was important to us. We felt and knew at all times that he had our best interest ! Even after we finished paying his fees that come with an affordable pay plan !!! He still continued to be available to us and this of course is really amazing! Natalie his staff is super cool and so competent! She was always very courteous and respectful when handling our payments, taking our questions , following up with appointments. Our experience was less stressful knowing Herman was in charge and took charge! Words cannot express how so grateful we are September 2016. Herman you have made this process as painless as you could. Taking the time to write down this small note cannot compare to what you have done for us! I only hope for those who get that call that their spouse has fallen into such a predicament , call upon you ! YOU WERE SIMPLY AMAZING.

A few years ago, I got convicted of a DWI the actual night when I turned 21 years old. I was completed devastasted emotionally and I didn't know what to do since I've never been in trouble (besides minor tickets). A bit unsure of what I had to do at first, it seemed like I came accross Herman's offic...es at a perfect timing. Everything seemed right. With the circumstances of my arrest, the best thing for me to do was to get into the DWI PTI program even though it would have been difficult for my case. Herman pushed for me and was able to get me into the PTI program. It was a completely life changing experience, and I don't really see the interest of consuming alcohol again. Anyway, he was very helpful and always open to help at any time. He is a true proffesional and I would give him my best recommendation.
