I was arrested in Houston during Hurricane Harvey for POS/cont. sub. and a couple of other charges. I was from out of town, never been in any trouble with law enforcement. Wrong place, wrong time! Finally day 5 my wife found the kindest lady Mrs. Ivana to get me out. She was there at 8:00am as so...on as they started releasing people after Harvey and I was out by 11:00am. I had to report Immediately to sign my documents. My truck was impounded. As soon as I signed everything she made a call and got it released it was not flooded/damaged. We hired Herman Martinez for a very simple first time offense. He met with us only once, gave us horrible advice on how to move forward with our case, and turned in a sloppy file to the DA.
