I can't speak for anyone else case but Mrs. Proffitt did an excellent job on my case my soon to be ex wife took my daughter from me 1 year ago and moved to a different state. 2 years ago I hired Stephanie and since this case I have hired 4 separate lawyer cleaning up her mess and each one has apologized and informed me I was poorly represented and she created a mess. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON her team becomes the people working on your case not her. Her team are not lawyers.... These 1 star ratting are all accurately a representation of things I witnessed through my 6 months with her and her team.

I had a bad experience during the worst time of my life. Communication with Stephanie and her paralegal was difficult at best. I had to make multiple attempts to even get a response to a question. Some of my questions and concerns went unaddressed. It seemed that she was merely relaying informati...on to my husband's attorney rather than actively working to build my case. I urged her to take action early on and nothing happened for weeks. Timing was so important given the nature of my situation. She had a counter offer from my husband's attorney for 5 days before I knew that and I had to ask for it. I asked for copies of communication between her and my husband's attorney which I never got.

Stephanie didn't file any paperwork that was needed to help my case. Stephanie and her Firm, FAIL to RETURN CALLS, FAIL to be organized and be Honest with me. If you question her about your case, she will charge you like a court appearance. After 1 year and 13 months she decide to pull off my case... because, I ask CAAP to help establish communication between us, since I never received calls back. I have TONS of EMAILS that are unanswered and TONS of calls that were Never RETURNED. There is sooooooo Much more. I will be filing a Grievance. Stay Away
