As Amazingly Awful As An Attorney Can Be
IF YOUR FAMILY AND HARD EARNED MONEY MEANS ANYTHING TO YOU ,PKEASE FIND ANYONE ELSE!I posted 5 stats to make sure this was seen at top and not bottom. Do not do buisness with attorney or her office. She will not properly represent you, know the facts of your case , fight for you, communicate via an...

A very Caring person and a good Attorney
I was told by a friends that she knew Stephanie and that she was a good lawyer. I been through 3 attorney and they all screw me over. I had Stephanie for over a year. I notice that some people put negative stuff about their attorney, but I don't think they realize that every case is different. I beli...

Warning DON"T HIRE THIS LAWYER "READ all the other 1 stars on here"
Stephanie didn't file any paperwork that was needed to help my case. Stephanie and her Firm, FAIL to RETURN CALLS, FAIL to be organized and be Honest with me. If you question her about your case, she will charge you like a court appearance. After 1 year and 13 months she decide to pull off my case...
This is simply not true. All necessary documents were filed with the Court and the Court denied the request for a temporary hearing after the Judge interviewed the children. There's this little thing called COVID-19 and the Court was not setting a final trial on non-emergency matters. This Court did not believe that this case was an emergency. He complains of no communication, but then acknowledges communication when he says he was billed for it. I have over 234 emails back and forth between us. Dishonest through and through. I'm sorry you didn't like what you were told.
"I highly endorse Stephanie Proffitt. Stephanie and I have worked together on several high profile CPS cases for parents that have been wrongly accused of child abuse, and every time we have been able to have the kids returned and the case dismissed."
"Stephanie is a hardnosed advocate for her clients. Still, she remains extremely caring toward her clients and their wellbeing. Such a balance is a rarity in the Family Law arena. Stephanie is well known at the Courthouse and her reputation is strong. Her right arm is Catti and she is one of the best legal assistant's I have ever known. Divorce is a difficult process, but having a good and respected lawyer can make a world of difference."
"She is an excellent attorney. I've seen her cross-examine CPS workers on cases where she has been appointed by the court to represent the children. She's tough and she does her homework!"
