Stephanie is an amazing attorney who is just not "in it" to be an attorney, she cared deeply about my children. She was assigned as an Amicus attorney in my case and went into the situation with her "eyes and ears" wide open trying to get the facts. She was exceptional with my children and connected ...with each one of them. She spent the time to understand the situation and once the truth was understood, she gave 100% to do what is right for them. She is extremely knowledgeable and exceptional in court. I was very fortunate to have her assigned to my case. This was my second Amicus attorney assigned in my 6 year case. She was far and above a better attorney, better person and focused on what was important. She ensured my kids were taken care of and fought for them, not only for the money she could make. That was not the experience I had with the other attorney. If you are going to hire someone to represent what is right and represent your kids, she is your answer. I am grateful and very appreciative to have her in my situation.

Stephanie didn't file any paperwork that was needed to help my case. Stephanie and her Firm, FAIL to RETURN CALLS, FAIL to be organized and be Honest with me. If you question her about your case, she will charge you like a court appearance. After 1 year and 13 months she decide to pull off my case... because, I ask CAAP to help establish communication between us, since I never received calls back. I have TONS of EMAILS that are unanswered and TONS of calls that were Never RETURNED. There is sooooooo Much more. I will be filing a Grievance. Stay Away

Well I like the fact that she put me on a payment plan because she did understand that it was going to be very hard for me to come up with 4000.00 at one time. But after I made the down payment and started making my payments I rarely saw her. She would pass me off to her other associates in her offic...e. She was late to court several times. I understand that she has other clients but she failed to make me feel that my case and my situation was important to her. Toward the end of my case I got behind on my payments and it was the first time in the whole interaction with her that I've ever gotten behind and she was ready to drop me as a client. By the way I had already paid her over half of what I owed her with the remainder of about $400 left when I got behind. If I didn't make a payment that day she would drop me. Needless to say I made the payment because I needed the representation. She had one of her associates handling the payments and he was very, very rude to me. Once I made my last payment and finish paying her the full amount she went her way, I went mine and my case was filed several months after the fact. I didn't even want to sign it the final decree before being filed because it wasn't what we had previously discussed. She seems like a really sweet individual but not a very good lawyer in my opinion.
