Called Mark for a friend in prison just to run a quick check. He spent almost an hour, for free, to discuss my friend’s case. I was arrested back in 2009 and by a previous attorneys advice I pleaded guilty to a crime I felt I was not guilty of. I ended failing probation and ended up in prison. After the dismissal, we filed and were granted an expunction order (the complete clearing and destruction of all records pertaining to the case). Tabula rasa.
