Jessica C. Skinner was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She grew up an avid sports fan and all around athlete. Mrs. Skinner graduated from Ursuline Academy in 2003 and went on to receive her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Austin College in Sherman, Texas.
She attended Baylor Law School and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2010. After graduation, Mrs. Skinner worked for Baylor Law’s renowned Trial Advocacy program, which ranks 3rd in the nation, and practiced in Waco, Texas. Jessica’s husband James brought her to West Texas, and she opened Skinner Law Firm, P.C. firm in San Angelo.
