I spent 20 years in the military, both Army and Air Force, and retired as a captain in the reserves in 1999. I also served as a police officer in Texas for over 20 years, and hold a master peace officer certification.

I was born in Oklahoma but was in Texas from age 10 and graduated from Plano Senior High School. I have an Associate's degree (in Liberal Arts) and a Bachelor's degree (in Political Science), the later earned while I was on active duty in the Air Force.

I attended Texas A&M Law School in Fort Worth and graduated in 2014.

2nd degree dropped to State Jail...

Attorney Greg Prickett negotiated a plea deal for 9 months after the prosecutor offered 10 years on enhanced charges. He was 100% prepared to go to trial and was confident he would win the case. I accepted the deal for 9 months, as I felt it was in my best interest...

My Sanity - Divorce & Custody Arrangement

Mr. Prickett represented me in my divorce and custody arrangement. He did an amazing job of helping me to understand the process, the paperwork, and be the voice of reason when I felt like I was overly emotional through the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great communicator, who will be upfront and honest through the process.

Civil - Bodily Injury Claim

Mr. Prickett is an outstanding lawyer. He saw my case and believed in it. He took time to talk me through the case and was always kind. My case involved an abusive ex-boyfriend who tried to drag me through civil litigation for leaving his abusive pattern. At the end I was happy with the settlement. Great attorney 4 child support!!!

He was 100 from day 1... Told me wut was going 2 happen b4 it happened... Told me he wasn't gona guarantee anything but he could have because what he said was what he did... Not just n it 4 the money i felt like he really wanted 2 help ... My bm wanted sole custody n no contact n 773$ a month n child support-he got me 50/50 custody n 73$ a month n Child support... This is my guy 4ever n i am eternally grateful 4 him!!!

Great Lawyer

I hired Greg Pickett to represent me in a child support/custody case. He kept in contact the whole time, keeping me updated on what was happening and what he was doing to gather information. Greg made sure to explain everything in a way that I could understand. He got me everything I wanted and more! I definitely picked the right guy to be on my side!

Great people skills and amazing defense

I was charged with theft over $50 under $500. Through very good negotiation he got me 20 hours of community service and restitution and the charges will be dropped. He had the knowledge and did the research necessary. He is worth every penny!
