Victoria M. Venza is a life-long Fort Bend County resident and a graduate of Clements High School. She earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Houston and graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2001. She has been a licensed attorney for over 16 years and worked as an associate attorney and then partner at the same firm for more than 12 years. After gaining invaluable experience managing a busy family law docket, Victoria decided to take her experience and apply it closer to home in Fort Bend County, Texas.
With a thorough understanding of family law, compassion, and dedication to detail, she helps each client reach the best outcome for his or her unique situation as efficiently as possible. Victoria understands family law matters are almost always stressful, trying situations that clients want to resolve as expeditiously, fairly and cost-effectively as possible. Therefore, at the outset of each family law case, Victoria listens attentively to each client’s objectives, provides solutions to the problem, and works closely with each client throughout the case to achieve the best possible outcome. Although many family law cases can be resolved through mediation, some cases require a judge or jury to determine the outcome. Victoria is a passionate, fierce advocate for her clients and will strongly argue with conviction and dogged determination the merits of each client’s case inside the courtroom or at mediation.
Victoria believes her true calling is passionate, zealous legal advocacy; yet, she is always working to find creative solutions that will resolve a dispute outside the courtroom, as she is always cognizant of the cost of litigation. Let Victoria fight hard for you and relieve you of the stress of your family law matter. She stands ready to unleash her knowledge and passion for the law to assist you in resolving your family law matter.
Victoria lives in Sugar Land, Texas with her husband, Johnny Venza, who is a criminal defense attorney, and her son, Jackson. She enjoys traveling, sports, reading and spending time with family and friends.
