General court-martial

As a U.S. Army Major, I never imagined I would find myself standing before my brigade commander listening to multiple Article 128b charges being read—five in total. After 20 years of service, facing this situation during a difficult divorce was overwhelming. Mr. Jordan and his team were exceptional, ...guiding me through every step of the process and working diligently to protect my career and ultimately have the charges dismissed. I was facing a potential general court-martial, yet their dedication and thoroughness gave me complete confidence that I was being defended against false allegations. They also took the time to truly get to know me and ensure I felt supported throughout. I highly recommend Mr. Jordan and his team to anyone needing strong, trustworthy representation during an incredibly challenging time.

100% Recommend

My attorney Nicholas C. DauSchmidt (Joseph Jordan Law Firm) lives in Europe and was professional, available, and concise. 100% recommend. Even if you are innocent, TDS is often overworked and doesn’t have the same bandwidth as private counsel to investigate a case. Nicholas assisted me in collecting ...an extensive amount of digital evidence, drawing diagrams, and compiling a list of more than two dozen witnesses. I would never wish a false complaint upon ANYONE. If you are in the military, there is a much LOWER standard for probable cause than in the civilian criminal justice system. In the military, an accusation alone with NO EVIDENCE is enough to trigger a felony criminal investigation. Even if the accuser has a record of filing false complaints at previous duty stations, CID will still investigate a false complaint as if it were real. Nicholas has more than 15 years of experience as a military defense attorney. He is now a civilian defense attorney who represents service members. I am grateful for him and his professional team. I highly recommend him to any service member in the same predicament.

Highly Recommended Attorney

I recently had the privilege of working with Counsel Jordan on a federal case, and I am incredibly grateful for his exceptional service. From the outset, Attorney Jordan demonstrated a profound knowledge of the law, which was instrumental in navigating the complexities of my case. His meticulous app...roach ensured that every detail was thoroughly examined, leaving no stone unturned. Transparency was a hallmark of his practice; he kept me informed at every stage, explaining legal jargon in a way that was easy to understand. Professionalism and resoluteness were evident in his demeanor, providing me with confidence and reassurance throughout the process. His tactical expertise, rigorous research, and masterful cross-examination were pivotal in achieving a positive outcome. I highly recommend Attorney Jordan to anyone in need of a dedicated and skilled attorney. His commitment to his clients and his craft is truly commendable.

Full Acquittal

Full Acquittal! I am an active duty MSG in the Army out of Fort Leonard Wood, MO, though my case originated in Germany. I went before a General Court Martial facing 3 counts of Article 120b UCMJ. To say my case was a bit complicated would be putting it mildly but the short of it is that a 4 year... long legal battle was the result of my ex manipulating the legal system and convincing her daughter to accuse me of false allegations. When charged, I had no idea what to do so, I researched long and hard and luckily I found Jordan UCMJ Law. Upon hearing my case, Mr. Jordan didn’t BS me, telling me things like ‘everything is going to be alright’. No, he was absolutely honest telling me that this was going to be one of the toughest times in my life. And boy he was not joking. Over the course of the investigation, Mr. Jordan assembled a remarkable team and went to work. He was able to sift through the twisted lies my accuser fabricated. He saw the truth for what it was and built one hell of a defense. But he was not done there. During the trial, I personally witnessed him dismantled the accusers case and show the truth. I was facing 70 years in prison (worst case) and a dishonorable discharge while registering as a sex offender (best case). Being over 40 with 25 years in service, my life would have been effectively over. I say that because Mr. Jordan and his team quite literally saved my life and I can’t thank them enough. If you are facing something, you want the best; this is it. I would 100% recommend him!

Four Year Long Court-Martial

I would recommend Jordan UCMJ Law to anyone charged by the US military and does not trust the system to fairly conduct the trial. I was charged with Article 120 as a PFC in Fort Cavazos, Texas. With Mr. Jordan on my defense counsel the case was unfounded and I was determined to be retained by the U...S Army, now I can continue my career where it would have otherwise been cut very short. Mr. Jordan does work well with Fort Cavazos’s TDS and is an extremely professional attorney.
