Terrible public defender
He was appointed to be my criminal defense attorney. After 3 months, I had to accept that I was going to sit in jail forever waiting on a trial date. He never visited me in jail to discuss my case. Replied last January 29, 2020I am sorry you regret your decisions to accept responsibility for your actions. Your statements are not true. My staff visits the jail 3-4 times a week to review discovery with my clients. Client decision are based on full knowledge of the facts for an against them.

terrible service and non caring paralegal

Be very careful
i never made contact with Mr. Barina only on my first visit and on court dates . I call the office and only get an outside answering service. The paralegal there is very rude and she act as if she is the attorney . I only choose Mr. Barina because I hired him once before and he was excellent but time...
