Keeping it real!

Oscar Taylor and Jeff Eaves did a wonderful job for me. Mr. Taylor and Mr. Eaves were straight to the point. I am so grateful that they gave me the best advise to live right and complete everything the judge ordered me to do while on probation. I can't thank them enough for getting my probation te...rminated early. I recommend Eaves Law firm to anyone whom needs a criminal lawyer. Mr. Oscar Taylor thank you for keeping it real with me from day one 5 stars!!!!!

DID NOTHING ON MY CASE

Would give 0 stars if I could. See email I sent to the law office below. I contacted the court to determine if a warrant was being issued for my arrest since the Jeff Eaves Law had done nothing on my case. This was for a simple speeding ticket, but Oscar Taylor @ Jeff Eaves, was telling me that they ...were dealing with a murder case in Wichita Falls, and taking care of a simple speeding ticket wasn’t on their priority list. It is a “courtesy to the community”, and since I wasn’t part of the “community” (from TX, but I received ticket as I was traveling through), and he seemed angry that I contacted the court to see if I had a warrant after not getting a response from Jeff Eaves Law on the status of my case, he then told me he’d give me a refund. I told them I’d still like to be represented, and I wouldn’t contact them again until I was coming back to the state. NO REFUND/NOTHING DONE ON MY CASE/RECEIVED LETTER FROM COURT STATING PAY MY SPEEDING FINE OR WARRANT BEING ISSUED IN 10 days. I reached out to the law office via email, and asked not to correspond with Oscar anymore because of how he’s handled my case thus far. Oscar emailed me in response, said he’s sending a refund, and left me to handle my case. The letter he wrote this time was in a nice tone. I have 2 days now to work with the court to “fix” my case so that I don’t receive a warrant. The $300 I paid has yet to be deposited in my account, but Oscar did send a “receipt of refund”. This could be because of bank processing times, but regardless, I could have used this to pay my ticket if it were in my account. PAID & HIRED on July 1. I sent the following email on SEP 5! I will be forwarding email correspondence I’ve had with Oscar. I called your office to follow up on July 15th for the speeding ticket I received on June 29th because I was afraid of a warrant being issued for my arrest for not responding in time. Your office was paid on July 1st to handle my speeding ticket, which is the same day that I initially corresponded with Oscar. On July 15th, Oscar informed me that he was in the middle of a murder trial, and a case like mine, to put in simple terms, isn’t important & since he’s an attorney, and the court “deadlines” are not important once an attorney is hired, and I shouldn’t have been concerned about a warrant. I told Oscar I would give him space/time to work on the murder trial, and I would follow up with him again in several weeks if I had not heard from him. I called again on Tuesday, September 2nd after he did not respond to my email from the previous week, because I haven’t received an update and am concerned about a warrant, and the receptionist took a message and said she’d give it to Oscar once he was out of his meeting. I have not received a call back from your office. Today, I received the attached letter from Archer County stating that if I do not pay my fine by September 12th, then a warrant would be issued for my arrest, and the State may impose additional fees and not allow me to renew my driver’s license. Please let me know what steps have been taken to resolve my case. I’ve also attached verification of payment and a record of call logs to your office. As previously stated, I will be forwarding all email correspondence and hope to receive a reply by someone other than Oscar since I have not had the best experience with him.

a good lawyer that will work with you and fight for you and does bonds

Jeffrey was a great lawyer to have in my corner tell me about the judge also proceeding over it and what all he could do and would do if you hire him follow his instructions he will not lead you astray never lied or misrepresented me and the least fought for me and with me even with a judge and for t...he most part very uncompromising on what he wanted to accomplish with my case how hard to get where he wanted it and got it. he also one of the few lawyers that actually does bail bonds making him an excellent one to hire just make all your court dates because I'm sure enough people do run off on their court dates or don't show up for him that will stop and ruin it for anybody that truly really needs that otherwise it's going to cost you a lot for a lawyer and a bails bondsman

Highly Recommend – Professional, Efficient, and Supportive Legal Team

First and foremost, I want to commend this legal team (Jeff & Oscar) for their professionalism and efficiency. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a clear understanding of what needed to be done and handled everything with confidence and expertise. In my case, they were able to secure a low...er bail amount, which made a huge difference for me. When we first met, they were kind, respectful, and genuinely committed to achieving the best possible outcome. They took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the legal process, ensuring I understood my options and what to expect. One of the things that really stood out to me was their strong rapport with the court and other legal professionals. This played a crucial role in my case and absolutely worked in my favor. Their credibility and relationships within the legal system make a difference—and it shows. I also learned that being open and honest is essential. This team truly appreciates transparency, and it allows them to build the strongest defense possible. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I never felt in the dark about what was happening. After a few court appearances, I was offered a pre-trial diversion program. Thanks to their hard work and guidance, my case was ultimately dismissed and is now eligible for expunction. I couldn’t be more grateful for their dedication and support. If you’re looking for a legal team that knows the law, fights for you, and communicates every step of the way—this is the one to call.

Rip Off

I had a custody TRO in WF while living out of state. I met Jeff the day before. My ex wanted to settle and there was no discussion on what our argument would be in court or why I shouldn't settle. I was just told I talk too much. He then got into a verbal altercation with the other party. I settled ...the issue the next day and Jeff billed me $12,000. All he cared about was winning and we didn't win since I settled. The fees were ridiculous.
