Jeff, Oscar, and Anika were God sent in my predicament. I was charged with possession of cannabis 5-50lbs and was facing hard prison time. Not only did Jeff negotiate a deal for me that got me probation instead of prison time(I got to stay in my home state of Florida during the time as well when I wa...s charged in Wichita Falls, Texas), but he also was able to help me get my sentence terminated 4 years early so I only had to serve 2 years community supervision instead of 6. He also was able to get adjudication deferred and made me eligible to have the records sealed after 5 years. Jeff and his crew are a phenomenal legal team and a phenomenal group of individuals! I couldn’t be more thankful for their help!

I am currently on a 3 year probation for a drug related 1st offense felony charge. I was recently arrested for a probation violation due to several dirty UA's over the course of two years. 1 for alcohol and 3 for benzos, which I now have a prescription for. A year prior to this violation I was mandat...ed to see a Helen Farabee doctor by my probation officer to sort out my insomnia and anxiety. After trying 6 to 7 different medications throughout the past year nothing was working. I was being completely upfront and honest with my PO each and every visit about the Helen Farabee medication not working and, if my mother had given me one of her Xanax that particular month. After a year of trying it their way, I finally made an appointment with a doctor unaffiliated with Helen Farabee and explained everything to him about all the different meds I've tried and my current legal situation. That day he prescribed me Klonopin and Prozac. I immediately emailed my PO a copy of each prescription and told her I feel confident I'm finally on the right set of medication. But low and behold, my PO called me upon receiving my email and told me she had wished I would have been 2 days quicker because she had violated my probation and that I should expect a warrant to be issued for my arrest and that they're recommending I be sent to a 9 month rehab boot camp type facility. Completely freaked out and overwhelmed I did some research online and came across several attorney's I was going to call and get a feel for. The minute I called Jeff's office and talked to Oscar, from that point on I realized they were who I was going to put my money on and that was the best money I've ever spent! They were concise and clear. Responsive if I had a question. Called several days before to remind me/explain upcoming court proceedings. 3 days before my official day in court I received a call from Jeff. My heart pounding and guts twisting I answer the phone and Jeff gives me the news that he got the DA to completely DISMISS the probation violation! I was gratefully shocked! Finally all the tension and weight on my shoulders just disappeared. I have never felt this at ease. I sincerely hope this will be the last time I will ever need a lawyer but if I do, Jeff and Oscar will be the team I want on my side. Highly F-bomb recommended! Thanks again guys for restoring my peace of mind.

My son first offense w four serious charges and it was a very emotional situation for my family. I appreciate all Mr. Eaves did for my son and my family. We are very pleased with the outcome because of the severity of this situation. We got the best outcome possible. Jeff is very quick on his respon...se in court to defend his client even in short notice . He takes his job serious and with pride. This is the second time I’ve hired him for different juvenile cases. Both times we’ve got the best outcome possible and more than we expected. We greatly appreciate it. All his staff are amazing as well.

His assistant is very impersonal, I called for the free consultation and was set up for an appointment time at 10 am Monday morning. I was told to expect a call at 10 am, so I waited until 10:30 and called them because I still had not heard from them. I was then told very rudely that I missed the app...ointment time and if I could keep the appointment this time he will set it up for the afternoon. I then explained that I may have misheard him because I have terrible service on my phone and asked if I could come in person, then he very snidely told me he already informed me it would be $50 in person. I was never told that, so I told him I don't appreciate him insinuating that I am incompetent that this is VERY important to me. He replied by saying he tells everyone that. So he was arguing with me based on what he tells "everyone" he did not even remember who I was at all and was blaming me for the missed consultation. This is not a conversation I have 100 times a day, I remember very well what was said and how dare he treat me so rudely! I cannot rate the Mr. Eaves because I never spoke to him, but his hired help was very rude, and I would not recommend using them because you are not a person in their eyes you are just a number.
