Jeffrey Lewis Eaves

My name is Jeff Eaves.  I was born and raised in Wichita Falls Texas.  I attended elementary and high school in Wichita Falls.  I attended college the University of Texas at Arlington and Midwestern State University where I double majored in Mathematics and History, with honors.  I attended the University of Tusla College of Law, where I graduated "Order of the Curule Chair."  This means I graduated in the TOP 10% of my law school class and was an editor of the Tulsa Law Review.  I received the top grade in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure while in law school.  I was a felony prosecutor at the Wichita County District Attorney's office where I tried over twenty jury trials in three years. 

I decided to take my acquired skills and experience to help members of my community.  I focus my practice on Criminal law and Family Law.  For my criminal clients, I often post their bail bond at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to the client which avoids clients from paying a bondsman, thereby saving the client valueable funds.  I have been on the Texas State Bar Committee for Pattern Jury Instructions since 2007, and have co-authored number copies of the Texas Pattern Jury Instructions for Criminal Cases series.  I have handled numerous appeals to the appellate courts in Texas as well as the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.  I handle federal criminal cases as well.  I fight zealously for my client to get their cases dismissed, get the best settlements for my clients, or go to trial.

In addition, I handle all areas of Family law including divorce and child custody.  Divorce and custody of children can be the most traumatic and difficult time in a person's life.  I provide counsel with compassion and zeal in fighting for my client's children and property.
