Talking with Andrew, I got the impression he was also a lawyer... turns out just his wife is a lawyer. After submiting all paperwork requested, we set up a video chat to cover my options... during chat #1 she asked many questions that were answered on the paperwork I submitted earlier for her to revi...ew. She fumbled back and forth through the paperwork and asked me questions about other legal documents she had dug up that did not pertain to the job I was wanting her to do. We then ended the chat for her to read up and catch up on the details of my legal need. The next chat, which I was charged for, was just as confusing as the first and she had an assistant listening in on the chat too. Again she seemed to be disconnected to my legal needs I wanted her to address and was wanting my to explain the whole situation again and kept asking for paperwork I had sent to her in the original request. I told her she had all of the paper work pertaining to my legal need... then she would agree. There were no options for me just that I needed to set up a trust which is what Andrew had told me and her that I needed. Funny, Right!? She continued on wanting me to hire her to set up a trust which I didn't want to do and she kept telling me how it could be added to by all parties... seeming to not understand I was trying to disolve the group by liquidating assetes and dispursing cash. I felt very uneasy about it and did not sign the contract she sent for several thousand dollars. Boy, after seeing this I am so glad I didn't! Now I even hate that I messed around with her and paid for the chat consultation!!! Lesson learned... you are never so low and seemingly without hope that you should fall for just any legal assistance that your gut keeps telling you ... DON'T DO IT!... something is just not right!!

I was refered to this attorney as part of a Legal Sheild Membership. It took a multitude of attempts to get in touch with her regarding my case. When we did get in touch with her about an estate legal matter that she promised to look into over a week earlier, she was completely oblivious to our prior... conversations or issues pertinent to the case. She told us she had obtained the Will regarding our estate case . However, my fiance and I had already provided to the firm the Will in question over a month earlier. At this point we have completely lost faith in Legal Sheild and this attorney. It has been very frustrsting and disapointing. Consumers are forewarned.

I hired Ms. Wilcox in Dec 2015 to create two land trusts. In 24 months, she has been unable to create those land trusts. It has been an unending litany of errors, excuses, improper filings, missed filings, failure to mail documents and just about anything else conceivable. In the past week, I sent h...er two emails instructing her not to pursue these matters since I no longer had any confidence in her and asked her to refund my retainer because she failed to perform the agreed service. She has not directly responded to either email.

I recently hired Ms. Wilcox for a very important legal case. She is a consummate professional who truly cares for her clients and she believes in justice. She’s resourceful and a great researcher of the law and of legal precedents. Because of her relentless pursuit of the truth, hard work and tire...less research, my case which consisted of completely false accusations was dismissed.
