The Son of a World Champion Boxer (Oscar "Shotgun" Albarado), Emmanuel was born with a fighting spirit which frequently resulted in him getting into trouble with the law during his adolescent and college years. In adulthood, Emmanuel decided to turn away from his troubled past and allowed God to harness his fighting spirit to serve others through the practice of law. It was this change of heart that inspired Emmanuel to attend Regent University School of Law whose motto is, "Christian Leadership to Change the World," a mission in which Emmanuel does not take lightly.
After graduating from law school, Emmanuel served as an Assistant County Attorney in Cooke County, Texas, prosecuting a wide range of criminal and juvenile cases. He decided to start The Albarado Law Firm, P.C., so that he could continue to focus his efforts on helping people in need. As a criminal defense attorney, Emmanuel has defended cases at every criminal level from a First Degree Felony Murder Trial down to a Class C Misdemeanor Traffic Ticket.
Throughout his life, Emmanuel has been known as a person who does not back down in a fight. This trait became useful as he has worked hard to have a positive future. He was the first person in his family to graduate college (Texas A&M University). Previous to attending law school, Emmanuel worked for several Fortune 500 companies in many different cities across the United States. His diverse experiences give him a unique perspective and ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with a wide array of people from all walks of life.

Emmanuel Albarado and associates are FANTASTIC!
Emmanuel was very empathetic, knowledgeable, and advised everything he could in our initial consultation.
He asked questions accordingly to actually understand the situation. He made sure to disclose what was within his scope of practice and knowledge. If there was a particular subject he didn't know, he advised where you could get further information if he knew there was more out there.
Most of all, he definitely seems to care about potential clients and will explain pricing for certain services if it makes sense for both parties. I hope to whoever reads this will consider Emmanuel and his associates for their family law issues as they are AWESOME!

Wonderful team of attorneys!
I’m December of 2018 I was arrested with my first felony; first degree. I was baffled and felt hopeless. Being new to Texas I had no one to turn to nor did I have a clue which attorney was reputable. The Albarado Law Firm had good reviews, so I went with them. So glad that I did too!
Though I pestered their staff with many questions for nearly a year, they were patient with me and always addressed my concerns. Happy to say that a year later and my charge has been dismissed.
I also hired them to represent me when my wife took me to court for child support. The outcome was much better than I could have imagined!
Angela was very kind and explained to me that their firm believes that good people make mistakes, there is opportunity to redeem a seemingly hopeless situation. She wasn’t lying! I’m happy to say that I can move forward and by God’s grace and the help of this firm, I won’t be looking back at the behavior I exhibited before.

CPS case CLOSED!!
We had a wrongful CPS case open up after consuming only 2 beers at a beer festival with our 6 month old son. After being arrested, our son being held by CPS and a safety plan put in place- my husband and I were shocked and so scared. We went along with CPS and did everything they asked... they still wanted to take action against us!
We sought out an attorney and prayed that God would help us find the right people for the job! We were led to Albarado Law Firm in Denton, TX, through Google.
They were professional, reliable, honest and went above and beyond! As soon as we left our first meeting I knew that we had made the right choice. They advised us in the right direction- that direction led to our CPS case getting COMPLETELY closed in just 3 weeks!! I cried actual tears when they called me with the news that we wouldn’t even have to go to a trial.
We are thankful, blessed and finally at peace that our family is safe and our child is with us, at home.

I had lost my permanent residency card and needed to travel out of the country. Went to the Alborado Law firm office to seek counseling. They helped me and provided all the information I needed. Thanks Angela. Even after I decided to file the form I needed. They still answered any questions I had. I ran into some trouble with Cooke County police on my way back to Denton County. As soon as I was free to go, I started looking for Denton based lawyers. So lucky me finding the Albarado Law Firm that has branches in both places. My legal trouble was a routine traffic stop that went south fast. So my misdemeanors & prior blank record greased the wheels of getting me in the Pre-Trial Diversion program. Mr. Albarado & his team went above and beyond to reassure me my legal issues will be taken care of, my record will stay clean and did it at a reasonable rate. I am eternally grateful!

I came to Mr.Albarado and his team after not being satisfied with the results my previous lawyer had gotten me. After a few months of negotiations with the DA’s office. We were able to reach an agreement we were all happy with. If it wasn’t for constant communication and deligience from them who knows how it would’ve been resolved. I’m grateful that they were just a call or text away and were available whenever I needed them. Would definitely recommend for ANY legal issues. Great results. Great people.
