Criminal Defense

I came to Mr.Albarado and his team after not being satisfied with the results my previous lawyer had gotten me. After a few months of negotiations with the DA’s office. We were able to reach an agreement we were all happy with. If it wasn’t for constant communication and deligience from them who know...s how it would’ve been resolved. I’m grateful that they were just a call or text away and were available whenever I needed them. Would definitely recommend for ANY legal issues. Great results. Great people.

Not good if your from another state.

Was charged with a 2nd dui. Never spoke to Emmanuel one time after we first met in over a year. No one went over any paperwork with me. He sent someone I didn't even know nor had met before in my life to court. She reveiwed the plea paper the same time I did in less than 5 min. They never told me I h...ad community service. Now I am left to figure everything out on my own. They say they don't even have to help me now becuse court is over. Even though its the same case and I paid 3 grand for this lawyer. They hardly communicated and didn't know any answers to questions I had. This case should have been dismissed it was over one year ago. I don't even know which state to take the dui classes in or how to get my probation transfered to where I live.

I'm always available to meet with my clients. If at anytime you wanted to meet with me, we would have scheduled a time to do so. I cover cases throughout the DFW Metroplex, so it's always best that I schedule a phone call or a meeting beforehand to ensure that you have my full attention. My office spoke to you several days before your plea date to explain your plea agreement. The day of your plea and prior to going before the judge, you reviewed your paperwork with an attorney (former Denton County Prosecutor for 8-Years). During your plea, the judge asked whether you understood the terms of your probation & whether you had any questions. The same day of your plea, you meet with a probation officer & they explained the terms of your probation. After your plea, you and I spoke in regards to your concerns of probation and the fact that you did not live in Texas. I never said that I would not help, in fact we emailed your probation officer in regards to your questions and concerns. I simply stated that your probation officer sets the conditions of your probation and only they have the authority to transfer your probation and to tell you where you can take your required classes. As for your actual case, we were able to secure a meeting with a program, that if completed successfully, would result in a dismissal. However, after you met with the program director, he made the decision to not allow you into the program based on your interview. Even though your car was involved in a one-vehicle accident (vehicle stuck in a ditch), you identified yourself as the driver of said vehicle, made an admission to drinking alcohol, failed field sobriety tests, and your BAC was just below two & half times the legal limit, through analyzing the specifics of you case, advocating for you & your circumstances, and mitigating the consequences, we were able to have the charge reduced from a Class A Misdemeanor to a Class B Misdemeanor, get you 1-year probation (punishment could have been up to 1-year in jail) and an $800 fine (could have been up to $4,000). As much as I would love for all of my clients to be appreciative of the services I provide, I am aware that is not always possible. However, this does not stop me from attempting to make amends with my clients. If there is a way that I can remedy this situation, please give me a call.

Job well done

Originally I called to get a quote on a criminal lawyer and turned out hanging up the phone with a working lawyer. They got my case dismissed. They are a very trustworthy group. They even told me how to handle the bails bondsman. It was a great experience.

Look no further, you've found the best with Emmanuel Albarado and his law firm!

Mr Albarado and his staff are amazing! They are very professional and caring. They saw past the offense that my child was accused of and instead focused on the bright future that this young person had in store for them. He and his team worked hard to get the MIC charge quickly dismissed. I woul...d highly recommend the Albarado law firm to anyone who finds themselves in need of legal counsel.
