The Son of a World Champion Boxer (Oscar "Shotgun" Albarado), Emmanuel was born with a fighting spirit which frequently resulted in him getting into trouble with the law during his adolescent and college years. In adulthood, Emmanuel decided to turn away from his troubled past and allowed God to harness his fighting spirit to serve others through the practice of law. It was this change of heart that inspired Emmanuel to attend Regent University School of Law whose motto is, "Christian Leadership to Change the World," a mission in which Emmanuel does not take lightly.
After graduating from law school, Emmanuel served as an Assistant County Attorney in Cooke County, Texas, prosecuting a wide range of criminal and juvenile cases. He decided to start The Albarado Law Firm, P.C., so that he could continue to focus his efforts on helping people in need. As a criminal defense attorney, Emmanuel has defended cases at every criminal level from a First Degree Felony Murder Trial down to a Class C Misdemeanor Traffic Ticket.
Throughout his life, Emmanuel has been known as a person who does not back down in a fight. This trait became useful as he has worked hard to have a positive future. He was the first person in his family to graduate college (Texas A&M University). Previous to attending law school, Emmanuel worked for several Fortune 500 companies in many different cities across the United States. His diverse experiences give him a unique perspective and ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with a wide array of people from all walks of life.
Emmanuel Albarado began The Albarado Law Firm because he knows that there are people out there just like him who need the assistance of an experienced lawyer to advocate and seek justice in a fair manner. At The Albarado Law Firm, P.C., we firmly believe that you deserve the opportunity to tell your story, and we will be there to fight for you every step of the way.

I came to Mr.Albarado and his team after not being satisfied with the results my previous lawyer had gotten me. After a few months of negotiations with the DA’s office. We were able to reach an agreement we were all happy with. If it wasn’t for constant communication and deligience from them who know...

Not good if your from another state.
Was charged with a 2nd dui. Never spoke to Emmanuel one time after we first met in over a year. No one went over any paperwork with me. He sent someone I didn't even know nor had met before in my life to court. She reveiwed the plea paper the same time I did in less than 5 min. They never told me I h...
I'm always available to meet with my clients. If at anytime you wanted to meet with me, we would have scheduled a time to do so. I cover cases throughout the DFW Metroplex, so it's always best that I schedule a phone call or a meeting beforehand to ensure that you have my full attention. My office spoke to you several days before your plea date to explain your plea agreement. The day of your plea and prior to going before the judge, you reviewed your paperwork with an attorney (former Denton County Prosecutor for 8-Years). During your plea, the judge asked whether you understood the terms of your probation & whether you had any questions. The same day of your plea, you meet with a probation officer & they explained the terms of your probation. After your plea, you and I spoke in regards to your concerns of probation and the fact that you did not live in Texas. I never said that I would not help, in fact we emailed your probation officer in regards to your questions and concerns. I simply stated that your probation officer sets the conditions of your probation and only they have the authority to transfer your probation and to tell you where you can take your required classes. As for your actual case, we were able to secure a meeting with a program, that if completed successfully, would result in a dismissal. However, after you met with the program director, he made the decision to not allow you into the program based on your interview. Even though your car was involved in a one-vehicle accident (vehicle stuck in a ditch), you identified yourself as the driver of said vehicle, made an admission to drinking alcohol, failed field sobriety tests, and your BAC was just below two & half times the legal limit, through analyzing the specifics of you case, advocating for you & your circumstances, and mitigating the consequences, we were able to have the charge reduced from a Class A Misdemeanor to a Class B Misdemeanor, get you 1-year probation (punishment could have been up to 1-year in jail) and an $800 fine (could have been up to $4,000). As much as I would love for all of my clients to be appreciative of the services I provide, I am aware that is not always possible. However, this does not stop me from attempting to make amends with my clients. If there is a way that I can remedy this situation, please give me a call.

Job well done
Originally I called to get a quote on a criminal lawyer and turned out hanging up the phone with a working lawyer. They got my case dismissed. They are a very trustworthy group. They even told me how to handle the bails bondsman. It was a great experience.
