I’m December of 2018 I was arrested with my first felony; first degree. I was baffled and felt hopeless. Being new to Texas I had no one to turn to nor did I have a clue which attorney was reputable. We had a wrongful CPS case open up after consuming only 2 beers at a beer festival with our 6 month old son.
