In a time where I was pretty down, Mr. Albarado did what he could to help me out. I got a DWI on Thanksgiving, which you could imagined sucked pretty bad. Mr. Albarado was retained to assist my brother in a court case. My brother started to raise concerns as to how unprepared he was for his court appearance. Mr. Albarado In April of 2010, I got a DWI and plead guilty. Just as everyone who get's a DWI, I was assessed 3 years of DWI Surcharge Payments of $1040.00 each. I elected to pay this through the payment plan and make monthly payments through the States 3rd party system. I had made all scheduled ...payments on time and was actually ahead on my payments. Every time these payments are made, the system sends an email confirming payment. I save these emails each time. On Sept. 12, 2014, I made my scheduled payment and received the confirming email, on Oct. 3, 2014, I was stopped on a traffic stop by a Cooke County Sheriff Deputy and when the Deputy returned to my vehicle after running my license, he told me my license was suspended and I was arrested & charged with DWLI. I had the email showing I had made the payment and showed it to the Judge and she let me out of jail on a PR Bond. I hired Mr. Albarado and explained the case to him. He is very knowledgeable of the Law. Unlike most Attorneys in Cooke County, Mr. Albarado is very attentive and fully involved during each meeting or phone conversation. At no time did he doubt what I was showing him nor was he condescending in any way. Even though Mr. Albarado has many cases, he always made me feel as if I was his only client.
