Possession of a controlled substance, dismissal

I was shocked to be arrested for a felony in Southlake, TX. Being unfamiliar with the legal system I was confused and scared after searching the internet about possession of a controlled substance. After I made a few phone calls to lawyers that popped after searching “Best criminal defense attorne...y Southlake, TX”, Jeff was the first one I talked to live. He quickly put me at ease and understood my concerns. After meeting with him live he demonstrated his deep understanding of the legal system and was able to put things in terms I could understand. He was honest when I asked him if I benchmarked his costs versus is competitors where he would come in. Since this was so important to me to have the best representation, it seemed like the right choice at the time. You get what you pay for, right? It turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Mr. Kennedy was able to have my case dismissed. Yes, outright dismissal of the charge! Jeff was proactive in his communication, set expectations, and knew his stuff. If you’re ever in an unfortunate situation like this I highly recommend Jeff.

This is my first time getting in trouble and i am happy that i found jeff. he's straight forward and he helped me greatly. I interviewed 2 other lawyers and finally decided to choose him. I also ran into his two other clients on different dates and they both agreed that hes done a great job for helpi...ng them in the past. Anyways I got a really nice deal with the court and i promised myself that i would write a review on this when the case is done. He might be a little expensive and sometimes hard to reach but hes worth it. I would hire him again.

Criminal Lawyer in Arlington

I had gotten in a bit of trouble in Arlington and when I googled Arlington Criminal Lawyer he showed up. I called him and he helped me out with dealing with some idiotic charges I never should have had in the first place. My punishment was far less than what it could have been (so says the judge).......I would have to think that he was at least instrumental in making that happen for me. He explained very thoroughly exactly what was happening, why and what the outcome would be. Thanks Jeff!

Don’t recommend this attorney.

Did the bare minimum. Charged more than other attorneys out there that would have done the same thing if not a better job. I don’t recommend this attorney. They also would show up late to all the court dates.
