Mr. Kennedy is by far a great attorney. I retained him for my wife after she caught a charge in Tarrant County (we’re from Houston, TX). Not being from Tarrant county, I wasn’t familiar with the justice system out there and didn’t know where to start. I did a Google search for lawyers in Tarrant coun...ty and narrowed it down to five candidates, but as soon as I spoke to Jeff I knew he was the guy. I did an online inquiry to speak to him on December 23rd during the after hours. On the morning of the 24th (Christmas Eve) he personally called me and we had a thorough conversation that lasted about thirty minutes. I retained him that day and he immediately sent over a letter of representation to the court. This was all during the holidays, everyone knows how people like to take time off and not work during this time, not Jeff, he is a work horse. It’s almost mandatory to show up to court for bond conditions, he spoke to the judge and had that waived for us due to how far we resided. By the second court setting all charges were dismissed.
