I chose to Mr. Kennedy to represent by son in an underage DUI case because of the severity of the charge. Mr. Kennedy he is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in the legal system. He is extremely positive and confident in his ability and can assist his clients in court pre-requisites to be bette...r prepared for court dates. Subsequently, my son also received another charge of failure to identify (which should have been a Class C misdemeanor) and Mr. Kennedy was able to get the case dismissed.
