I was born in Fort Worth, Texas on April 11, 1967. I graduated from Mansfield High School, Texas in 1985. Then graduating from Southwest Texas State University (Texas State University) in 1990 with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. I then graduated from Texas Weselyan University Law School in 1996(Texas A&M Unversity School of Law), receiving the Order of Barristers Honor in the third year.
After completing an internship at the Tarrant County District Attorneys office I immediately opened my own law firm. I primarily focus my practice on personal injury litigation, including truck or big rig accidents, wrongful death cases, car and motorcycle cases, and cases involving catastrophic injuries.
I am a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association (President 2014)(President Elect 2013)(Director 2008-Present), American Association for Justice Bar Association, Tarrant County Criminal Lawyers Association, American Assocation of Justice and the American Bar Association. I am a life Member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
I am licensed in the State of Texas and the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of the United States District Court of Texas. And the United States District Court of Colorado.
I have successfully represented thousands of clients, some in other states and even one case in the Phillippines.
