Focus their attention on irrelevant matters
Melissa was concerned about settling the case and avoiding litigation. The entire staff treated my file as a source of entertainment, and not as professionals. They are not client focused but revenue focused. Horrible experience. They admitted to gathering around and looking at the files and laughing...
