I highly recommend Carole Callaghan for estate planning and probate. She provided excellent service when we were making our estate plan and answered all of our many questions with patience and understanding. Carole has helped many people I know with their estate plans and probate, and they have also been happy with her performance. She thought of issues that never occurred to us and helped save the beneficiaries of our estate future time, money, and aggravation by dealing with them upfront.
Prompt, professional, and saved me money and trouble!
Carole assisted me with a problem with a landlord retaining my security deposit and seeking an additional almost $600 above and beyond the security deposit for "repairs" to my previous apartment. My landlord threatened my credit rating if I didn't pay the additional money within 10 days of receiving the notice. The landlord didn't provide a list of damages, just a list of costs to repair things in the apartment. Carole sent my previous landlord a super strong demand letter. The landlord almost immediately dropped the request for additional money and agreed to "settle" my account by zeroing it out--keeping the security deposit, but not charging any additional money. Carole would have gone further for me, including filing suit to seek the return of the security deposit, if I had asked her to. But I'm a college student and just didn't have the time to follow through. My main concern was protecting my credit rating. Carole was incredibly responsive to me and handled this problem for me professionally and promptly. I know this may not sound like a big deal, but I'm about to enter the job market and employers these days often check credit ratings. Without Carole's assistance, my credit rating may have been damaged because I couldn't have afforded to pay the extra $600 my landlord was demanding. Thanks to Carole's help, I don't have to worry about that and can just focus on graduating! Hook 'em Horns and THANKS CAROLE!

Great Job!
Carole did a great job advising me from the start and patiently walked me through my ignorance of the divorce process. She was always responsive to my calls and e-mails. I really felt she went the extra mile.

My first choice is employment matters
Carole has a way with making it clear. She is my "go to" for questions for my family and my business. She first started with us in reviewing a contract when I was an employee and is helping my every step of the way as I become an employer.
