The Work Comp Department of Bailey & Galyen provides legal services exclusively to injured workers that have a claim under the Division of Worker's Compensation.
In Texas, employers are not required to carry worker's compensation insurance for their employees. For the companies that do provide worker's compensation coverage, we can assist you in your claim. If your company does not carry coverage, or has private coverage, we can definitely refer you to an attorney to better assist you with your claim. 2 yr fight to get medical attention
I fought with workman's comp for 2 years after being injured on the job. If it had not been for my attorneys with Bailey & Galyen I would never have received the medical help needed. My surgery went well & so far I have been able to get the needed PT to get back to MMI.
