Excellent!

When I came to Bailey and Galyen for help on my work comp case, I was confused and feeling hopeless. My previous attorney rarely returned phone calls or emails. Nor did he help me receive treatment for my injuries. In the end many of my work comp benefits were stopped and we parted ways. Bai...ley & Galyen immediately sent me to a doctor who recommended various treatments. I'm now being seen by a wonderful medical staff who are extremely professional and friendly. Also, the team at Bailey and Galyen were able to restart my work comp payments with back pay! Kim Smith in particular has stepped up with expertise, attention to detail and kindness. She encourages me to reach out with any questions or concerns and most importantly she is timely! Bailey & Galyen has taken away my legal concerns regarding work comp which has allowed me to concentrate on my recovery. I'm VERY grateful!

Made My Life Matter

When I asked Kim Wyatt if she would help me, she catapulted into action, starting that very day! She literally led me, step-by-step, into Victory! I'm confident my case(s) was challenging beyond my ability to understand all its "ins and outs." Her consistent loyalty to the legal process was unre...servedly bold and respectful, as she provided strength and assurance in layman terms for me, of which was profoundly empowering as a her client. As a Special Ed Teacher, I've learned that "Achievement" is never about me as much as it is about my student's "Capabilities" to overcome challenges, regardless of limitations or outer circumstances. This time, I was the one with special needs per say, and Kim kept me focused on the "Goal" in mind, as she continually showed me my options, consequently my Capabilities, despite any limitations or outer circumstances! Regardless of the odds, Kim stayed true to partnership with me in a legal, mental, emotional and physical journey of recovery. Kim possesses a unique combination of heart, formal education and experience that provided me a unique quality of service. I deeply "Thank you" Kim for ALL your dedication behind the scenes! This has been an unforgettable, and thanks to Kim, and an amazing chapter of events, that changed my future seasons for the better. I am humbled and forever grateful for Kim's proficient expertise and immeasurable leadership in my life!

Devastated

Kim has represented me for 14 months in my worker’s comp case. I ruined my shoulder at work and went through painful test, horrible physical therapy that was a joke. Only to go to trial and lose. Kim, and all the assisting attorneys failed me with being unprepared and not having all our evidence in l...ine. I would call her firm for answers. Only to be told they would call me and no one called…. They’ve billed me so much over the last 14 months only to be left pennilessness, Financially ruined and put me and my family through hell. Kim Wyatt was rude at times, no response to things and Not prepared. I was a number with dollar signs and they failed me.

Its understandable to be angry at the results of a Judge's decision and how that decision affects your life and livelihood. We took your case when it was 100% denied, when you weren't able to find another attorney to help you, and we WON. As time went on, as with a lot of WC cases, the insurance disputed the seriousness of your injuries and your checks stopped. Once again, we took up the case and argued that the more severe conditions were related, we were able to get multiple providers to write a letter of causation to support the severity of your injuries, we were able to secure an alternate impairment rating to support your case. You would have never have been able to get these things without our assistance, and assuring the providers that we were fighting this for you. The state appointed doctor (designated doctor) went completely against you indicating that these severe conditions were pre-existing and not related, and that you had a zero (0%) rating. Not getting paid, treatment getting denied....we still pursued your case to argue that your injuries, ALL your injuries should be included. We stopped getting paid the moment that your checks stopped since we don't get paid unless you get paid, yet we spent the next 6 months arguing your case and finally concluding with a Judge that decided the DD was correct in his findings, and ruled against us. To say that we financially ruined you? Your checks stopped long before we made it to the Judge, yet we continued to assist you. Attorneys don't usually work for free, but we did...to help YOU. Me being rude, was to ask you both to be on the phone when we provided you updates (you and your wife). After 2-3 times, I could not provide you a lengthy explanation just to have you say "can you now explain all that you said to my wife?" Me asking you to both be available moving forward to discuss your case is not being rude. Me providing detailed explanations as to what the law says, or what a report means, no matter how much you disagreed with the facts, is not being rude. I prefer to be honest, and lay things out completely without any spin, so that you understand. I am truly sorry that the Judge did not rule in your favor, and you MUST understand that I have no control over your case's outcome. If I did, everyone would win. Tying a financial gain to your case, and how we ruined you and left you penniless? You received a significant amount and the same quality of representation as a person that was actually paying me...for free. Again, I am terribly sorry that your case did not result in the way we wanted and hoped it would. I will continue to try my best to assist injured workers in navigating this WC system and provide a superior level of advocacy to the best of me and my teams abilities.

What happen

I admit that you guys did a good job on my case......but here are the bad parts about you guys.....I thought I was playing a one time fee because that's what was told to me I even reassure the fee with your employee when I was there and she said that it was accurate... some how after my court even ta...lk to me 15 no more than 20 minutes I was charge more and after that even when I call I'm being charge I have the paper through workers comp to prove it.....I call for information (recently) and no call back...but you still take money....I received 2 letters that my surgery has been denied even though I won my judgement....but why even try to call you guys if im being ignored charge more money and being jumped around from your employee to employee I don't have one that is just sign to me.....I need better representation by YOU KIM WYATT hopefully you can review my case sincerely Ruben

Kim Wyatt is AWESOME !!

Kim Wyatt was not the first attorney on my case. I was referred to Bailey and Galyen after numerous issues with the original law firm I had hired. Kim willingly took my case and proceeded to clean house !! She handled issue after issue and got me everything I needed. Kim told me the best way to c...ontact her is by e-mail and she was true to her word. Consistantly responded within the hour of any contact from me. If I needed to speak to her she would return phone calls promptly, usually emailing to let me know when to expect her call. When it came to handling hearings she was AWESOME !! Explaining each step of the process, making sure I knew what to expect. In the courtroom, Kim Wyatt is a powerhouse !! She shut down the opposing council numerous times with the tricks they tried to play. Kim had legal statutes and quick knowledge to fight for my rights at the ready. Kim Wyatt is obviously not just any attorney. She truly cares for her clients. She makes sure to be well versed in the issues with your case and is 100% fighting for you and your family. I have and will continue to refer anyone I come to know to hire Kim Wyatt for their workers comp needs. Best wishes and many thanks to to Kim Wyatt and her team at Bailey and Galyen !!
