William S. (Bill) Morian Jr.

Mr Morian and his staff were indespensible in helping me with an insurance case. His expertise and knowledge of this type of cases was amazing. I retained Mr. Morian to represent me in a car wreck because the other driver was disputing the circumstances that caused the wreck and her insurance carrier was not accepting liability. Mr. Morian and his investigators not only got witness statements to prove what happened, they also went out of... their way to obtain surveillance video from a nearby restaurant. This was a very small claim, (Property Damage only), but Mr. Morian treated it like it was just as important as one of his larger cases. I was not put on the back burner due to this being a small claim. He retained an expert who determined the diminished value of my vehicle and he went back & forth with the other insurance company and received a settlement well above my expectations.
