William S. (Bill) Morian Jr.

I was overwhelmed!!! My case seemed hopeless and doomed, so that's exactly how I felt. That is until one day Mr. Morian's office called and informed me he worked the IMPOSSIBLE!!! I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Morian!!!! He does what he says and goes above and beyond for his clients so I call him... "THE MAGIC MAN", truly he did what I firmly believed could not be done!!! Hello. My name is Josef L. Arline. I am not sure if there is enough space allowed for me to give a proper and acurate reveiw for Mr. Morian and his team. He displayed complete professionalism from the first time I met for a consultation. He was and is definately a "Straight Shooter" and talked with...out making me feel in the least bit disrespected or belittled. Never before in life had I been in a court room and I was extremely NERVOUS to say the least. But, he stood firmly and represented me as if he was speaking for himself or a member of his own family. He already had some of my respect coming from the first initial visit but, he gained ALL of it after I saw and heard him in action. I had a HUGE sigh of relief a few minutes into the process and I can remeber thinking to myself "I am SOOOO Glad I hired this Guy". In a Nut Shell, if I EVER need an attourney for anything or any of my close friends or family happens to find themselves in need of one, without question Mr. Morian would be my choice PERIOD !!!!

Mr. Morian has helped my family with three legal issues over the past several years. Each time he has helped I have been more impressed with what he was able to accomplish. Not that I doubted his ability but the situations were somewhat involved and carried serious consequences. The last situa...tion involved a court appearance. Even though Mr. Morian had negotiated a VERY acceptable agreement we were required to appear in court. Needless to say I was nervous about what to expect. We were to meet Mr. Morian at 9 - he walked in the courtroom door at 8:45. His punctuality underscores his commitment to success ESPECIALLY after noticing how many attorneys did not appear for their clients. The situation was resolved completely and to my complete satisfaction. The agreement in the previous situation required a good amount of follow up paperwork. Mr. Morian's staff made sure we took care what was expected. Emails and phone calls were sent from his office as needed. Seemingly a rarity in today's world, Mr. Morian will actually return your phone call within 24 hours of your call to him.

I have known Mr. Morian for years personally and professionally. While I have great respect for him personally, he is my Attorney because of his expertise. Mr. Morian has a great working working knowledge of the legal system and has employed that knowledge for me in legal matters for years. Billy has... always advocated for me in whatever issue was at hand. I am not a litigious person,but things in life happen that require legal representation. Some of the things like divorce are very emotional, Billy was there to help and protect my interests and the interests of my children. Billy has great passion for his work and exudes a strong confidence in his abilities. I can tell you for a fact that Billy is batting 1000% in the matters that he has represented me in. I am also a business owner along with my husband which brings about different issues. Mr. Morian has the utmost integrity and I would recommended him to anyone who needs his services. I have many friends who complain about their lawyer because they are too expensive. It has been my experience with Mr. Morian that you get what you pay for and I consider him "The Best", he has saved me way more than I have ever paid him!
