Our LLC was named in error in a wrongful death suit and we had 20 days to file a response with the court. Our initial attorney was not responding to calls or emails, and when he finally did after two weeks - he actually laughed and said not to worry about responding that we were just overreacting, ...not to do anything that the Plaintiffs lawyer would take care of it.
