William S. (Bill) Morian Jr.

My husband and I hired Bill Morian to represent my brother in a felony offense case. My brother is indigent and the court appointed attorney that was assigned to his case wasn't doing anything to help him. We repeatedly asked the court appointed attorney if probation was an option and he indicated ...that it was not and only wanted him to accept a plea deal and serve time.
