Excellent Defense Attorney

Bill Morian has represented my family and business for many years. He is a force to be reckoned with in court. He also has some of the greatest people working behind the scenes going thru things with fine toothed combs to prevent ever having to go to trial. Excellent defense attorney. If you fi...nd yourself in a bind or need proper defense, he's the man to call. .

Great Lawyer

I was referred to attorney Bill Morian by a friend who has used his services and experience several times and was very pleased with him. Bill and his legal team have been very professional in handling my case for me. From my first visit i felt very reassured that he could get me the best possible out...come in my case. And he did. Thank you so much Bill! I highly recommend Morian & Kayla law firm in Jasper Tx.

A great attorney to have in your corner.

I was filing a complex lawsuit but the prices had suddenly stopped without my being consulted. Each time I called expecting progress being made, each time documents had not been filed. I received lame excuses; promises made to get petitions prepared the next day. . . .but never kept. This became a ...pattern for the next six months. And now I have reason my attorney has not been loyal to me. An already complex lawsuit was turning into a legal nightmare. And I had paid a substantial retainer when he agreed to take my case. Panic set in. I really needed to talk to an attorney, an outsider, and someone with the capacity and ability to understand all the complexities of my situation. Someone who would give me guidance. My fear of unknowingly doing something unethical myself was a concern. Mr. Bill Morian came to mind. I had met Mr. Bill Morian several years ago when a friend recommended him to my husband as being the best in Jasper. When we walked into his office and Bill came in to greet us our hearts sank. This man was way too much attorney for our little problem with a local cement contractor. This was a powerhouse attorney who was living in a small town. If you were in serious trouble, he would have all the skills and traits you would need in an attorney. But he immediately put us at ease. He was interested. We talked. He listened for an hour and a half before he agreed to help us. He immediately got involved and started the ball rolling. But as it turned out, special circumstance prevailed and we settled out of court. But this current case was not Bills since I lived so far away from his Practice. But I called him and he returned my call in matter of minutes. He asked how he could help me. Same as before, I talked; he listened and begin peppering me with questions, lots of questions and best of all he got it! He grasped it all! He answered my questions and gave me the guidance and legal advice I was seeking. He spoke with me an hour and fifteen minutes bur refused to charge me.

In SERIOUS need of criminal defense. Take a moment and read about my experience with Attorney at Law William “Bill” Morian

Recently, I was arrested and booked on a 1st Degree felony in Texas. During a short incarceration, another inmate listened to my situation, and gave me a bottle of water with William “Bill” Morians name on it. My fellow inmate told me that I’d be alright if I hired Bill as my criminal defense attorn...ey. At that time, I was so mentally frustrated and stressed about the whole situation. I’m a middle aged guy that’s never been in trouble in my life. So for the first time in my life, I found myself on the wrong side of the bars ( a jail cell) Also, I was having an issue with my bond. So I became well acquainted w/ my cell, and well acquainted with a level of stress that I’ve never felt in my entire existence. In the midst of complete mental overload, stress, and anxiety, I was truly blessed have been able to hire Bill Morian as my attorney. Bill and his team immediately got on my case, resolved my bond issue, and got my butt out of jail. The day after I got out of jail, I met Bill and his staff at his office in Jasper Texas. Bill and his team immediately gave me the relief that I was looking for when he reviewed my case with me, devised a plan, and assured me that everything was going to be ok. Bill gave me a hope that I needed and sent me on my way. I returned to work and resumed my normal life. As I was focused on my family and work, Bill and his team maintained contact with the right people, the right offices, and he executed the plan that he said he would. My charges were eventually dropped and my case was dismissed. I went from being charged with a crime that carried a prison sentence of 5 to 99 years upon a conviction,,,, to the charges being dropped. If y’all are looking for hope in Texas. Know that the system of justice in America stands firm in the midst of these troubling times. With the help of Due Process and Bill Morian as my attorney; I got my life back. Bill and his team, took care of me and kept me posted throughout my one and only experience in the criminal justice system. Their knowledge, expertise, and professionalism across the board, got me through the toughest experience of my life. If you’re in need of defense and hope in Texas. Go meet with Bill and his team.

Bill Morian - Best of the Best

I hired Bill when I was charged by the AGO /Texas Rangers. I contacted him before it went to the Grand Jury and he went with me to the interview with the Texas Ranger. He was very thorough with the case and evidence. He and his staff were always available when I called his office. He was able to... get the case dismissed due to insufficient evidence. He knew the law and how to break the case down, how to look for discrepancies in the case, and knew courtroom procedures. I highly recommend Bill in any case that you are in need of an attorney. I feel that he is one of the best lawyers in Southeast Texas.
