In SERIOUS need of criminal defense. Take a moment and read about my experience with Attorney at Law William “Bill” Morian

Recently, I was arrested and booked on a 1st Degree felony in Texas. During a short incarceration, another inmate listened to my situation, and gave me a bottle of water with William “Bill” Morians name on it. My fellow inmate told me that I’d be alright if I hired Bill as my criminal defense attorn...ey. At that time, I was so mentally frustrated and stressed about the whole situation. I’m a middle aged guy that’s never been in trouble in my life. So for the first time in my life, I found myself on the wrong side of the bars ( a jail cell) Also, I was having an issue with my bond. So I became well acquainted w/ my cell, and well acquainted with a level of stress that I’ve never felt in my entire existence. In the midst of complete mental overload, stress, and anxiety, I was truly blessed have been able to hire Bill Morian as my attorney. Bill and his team immediately got on my case, resolved my bond issue, and got my butt out of jail. The day after I got out of jail, I met Bill and his staff at his office in Jasper Texas. Bill and his team immediately gave me the relief that I was looking for when he reviewed my case with me, devised a plan, and assured me that everything was going to be ok. Bill gave me a hope that I needed and sent me on my way. I returned to work and resumed my normal life. As I was focused on my family and work, Bill and his team maintained contact with the right people, the right offices, and he executed the plan that he said he would. My charges were eventually dropped and my case was dismissed. I went from being charged with a crime that carried a prison sentence of 5 to 99 years upon a conviction,,,, to the charges being dropped. If y’all are looking for hope in Texas. Know that the system of justice in America stands firm in the midst of these troubling times. With the help of Due Process and Bill Morian as my attorney; I got my life back. Bill and his team, took care of me and kept me posted throughout my one and only experience in the criminal justice system. Their knowledge, expertise, and professionalism across the board, got me through the toughest experience of my life. If you’re in need of defense and hope in Texas. Go meet with Bill and his team.

After a situation involving my Husband arose, we contacted and consulted with Mr. Morian. Throughout the process, Mr. Morian and his staff kept us updated and aware. His office was available consistently to answer any questions and concerns we had. Mr. Morian was able to use his extensive and thoroug...h knowledge of the law and skills to take care of the charges against my Husband while helping him to maintain his CDL and securing his current employment. We are beyond grateful to his diligent efforts to keep our life style intact after this incident.

Look no further - Bill is impressive!

Our LLC was named in error in a wrongful death suit and we had 20 days to file a response with the court. Our initial attorney was not responding to calls or emails, and when he finally did after two weeks - he actually laughed and said not to worry about responding that we were just overreacting, ...not to do anything that the Plaintiffs lawyer would take care of it. Really??? We researched on our own and believed that if we did not file a response timely we could stand to lose all of our assets by default judgment. We were approaching a holiday weekend, with only 7 days remaining to respond to the court. We contacted a family friend to see if he knew an attorney that we could get a second opinion from quickly. That is how we were introduced to Bill - the gates of heaven opened and the angels sang! He calls, he texts, he emails - it is downright impressive. He affirmed that we were right in our concerns. Our first contact with Bill was on 5/28 - two days later on 5/30 he made sure that our LLC was removed from the lawsuit and provided us with documentation filed through the court. It just doesn't get any better! Bill had never met us but he jumped right in and resolved everything in 2 days. His staff is just as impressive, very courteous and dedicated to taking care of your needs. We have found our attorney, it is a good feeling to have. Thanks Bill!

Review

I first met Bill when I witnessed a wreck and had to come to his office and do a deposition for the case which he ended up winning. A year later, I hired Bill as my lawyer to get my son's father's rights terminated. This is not an easy process to do if you do not have someone to step in the place to ...become the new father figure in the child's life. Bill was incredible throughout the entire process and kept me informed about anything and everything and notified me about things. After a few minor obstacles on my part, I finally was able to get Bill the information that he needed to file paperwork and once paperwork was filed just had to wait on a court date. Bill and I showed up to court talk to the judge and within five minutes I was walking out of the courthouse with everything that I asked for. I would absolutely recommend Bill to anyone. If you want your case handled in a timely professional manner and want to win Bill is the lawyer to hire.
