Super easy for me

I had a felony case against my wife. He brought me got my information and went to work. Not long after he spoke with my wife allowed her to sign some and sent those papers to the D.A.. After a waiting period he was able to get my felony dismissed. They were easy to reach and if they did not immediate...ly have the information available they gave speedy callbacks with the information. All in all it was a good and effective process

Great lawyer! Easy to work with.

I called Mr Morian when I found out I possibly had a couple of warrants out for my arrest. He was able to quickly confirm that information and advised me to come turn myself in and we would start working on my cases. I did as he told me and turned myself in and the sheriff's department put a hold on ...me and blocked me from making bond that morning. By noon that same day Bill was there at the jail and was able to get my bond set and I was able to get out that afternoon. He and his team were great to work with through the whole process. They explained everything they were doing and kept me in the loop with what was going on every step of the way. Best of all he did exactly what he said he was going to do . I recently had both of my cases dismissed without prejudice. Thanks Bill you are great to work with. I encourage anyone reading this to hire Bill he will get the job done right!

The Best Attorney Around

I lost my car but after its been gone for two years with the state trying to seize it , I owe a big huge Thank You to Mr.Bill Morian for getting it back for me. In October 2018, i got pulled over on a regular traffic violation and arrested for suspended driver's license and a possession charge of les...s than 1 gram and my car was seized. In March of 2019 Mr Morian attended court with me and I got 2 years probation for the charge .then a court date for my car was set for a later date,April 1 and of course the coronavirus hits so then no court date. I'm just beside myself. I'm totally thinking I'm never ever gonna get my car back. I've never been in trouble and don't understand the law but you will never have to if you use Mr.Morian. you can just sit back and relax because if it's in his hands, I promise you that you wont have a thing to worry about because he definitely knows what's go in on and he never fails. So here we are in October 2020. I finally get a court date on my car and I'm very very nervous at this point. I'm still thinking there's no way possible I can get my car back after all of this and boy!! Was I ever so wrong!. Mr. Morian met me at the courthouse on that day and we went through our little cost date. I have to add that i left crying , never have gone through anything like that in my life before and he left smiling a big ole smile telling me he thinks we won. Sure enough about a week goes by and the following Sunday i receive a text on my phone and it was the letter from the state but from me.morian which of course i didnt understand if I had won or lost. I'm still ever so nervous. So i give Mr.Morian a call and he was like do you know what that means. Im like well no.he said you won. I'm on my gosh thank you so much. I now have my 2013 charger back and it's all a big thank you to Mr Morian. If it wasn't for him I know for a fact, without a doubt, that I would not have my car back. I trust him 100 percent and i highly recommend him. I think if you need help in any situation, i strongly recommend him. He has been a lifesaver and a worldchanger for me. And without him, my life wouldnt be the same and I do truly mean that. He is an awesome Attorney and a great man.

In SERIOUS need of criminal defense. Take a moment and read about my experience with Attorney at Law William “Bill” Morian

Recently, I was arrested and booked on a 1st Degree felony in Texas. During a short incarceration, another inmate listened to my situation, and gave me a bottle of water with William “Bill” Morians name on it. My fellow inmate told me that I’d be alright if I hired Bill as my criminal defense attorn...ey. At that time, I was so mentally frustrated and stressed about the whole situation. I’m a middle aged guy that’s never been in trouble in my life. So for the first time in my life, I found myself on the wrong side of the bars ( a jail cell) Also, I was having an issue with my bond. So I became well acquainted w/ my cell, and well acquainted with a level of stress that I’ve never felt in my entire existence. In the midst of complete mental overload, stress, and anxiety, I was truly blessed have been able to hire Bill Morian as my attorney. Bill and his team immediately got on my case, resolved my bond issue, and got my butt out of jail. The day after I got out of jail, I met Bill and his staff at his office in Jasper Texas. Bill and his team immediately gave me the relief that I was looking for when he reviewed my case with me, devised a plan, and assured me that everything was going to be ok. Bill gave me a hope that I needed and sent me on my way. I returned to work and resumed my normal life. As I was focused on my family and work, Bill and his team maintained contact with the right people, the right offices, and he executed the plan that he said he would. My charges were eventually dropped and my case was dismissed. I went from being charged with a crime that carried a prison sentence of 5 to 99 years upon a conviction,,,, to the charges being dropped. If y’all are looking for hope in Texas. Know that the system of justice in America stands firm in the midst of these troubling times. With the help of Due Process and Bill Morian as my attorney; I got my life back. Bill and his team, took care of me and kept me posted throughout my one and only experience in the criminal justice system. Their knowledge, expertise, and professionalism across the board, got me through the toughest experience of my life. If you’re in need of defense and hope in Texas. Go meet with Bill and his team.

Bill Morian - best attorney around!

I hired Bill after being charged with a DWI. I’ve always heard how amazing he is and was able to actually experience it myself. Any questions or concerns, he was always on top of things. His knowledge and work ethic is outstanding, along with the care and compassion he has with his clients. The com...munication of his staff and himself is excellent. I was treated like my case was top priority, by not only him, but his paralegal as well. I’m extremely satisfied with the results of my case and Bill has earned me as a client regarding any legal matters going forward....hopefully I’ll only be referring him :). I highly recommend Bill!
