Great Guy

12 years ago I was caught up in a Real Estate scam on my new home with a finance company. Wound up so deep in debt from being lied to. I scheduled a conference with Bill. He pointed out that Chapter 7 was our only survival. He proceeded to file the bankruptcy successfully. Fantastic job.

Probably the Best Tax and Bankruptcy Creditor's Counsel in North Texas.

I have employed over a hundred attorneys for various legal and commercial purposes over the years. William Kunofsky is extraordinarily informative and knowledgeable, both in Income Tax law and in Bankruptcy. In particular he has those traits that surpass other great attorneys and he becomes the m...ost rare kind of counselor. Specifically, he understands the procedural constraints and opportunities, the business realities, the bureaucratic and behavioral complexities, the logistic impediments, the personal emotional drivers and above all, the complex interplay of all the factors that comprise a legal initiative. He provides all those in charting the optimum course through all the possibilities and pitfalls. Awesome.

Great Dallas Tax Attorney - William Kunofsky

The Law Office of William F. Kunofsky has been representing my company and me for the past year in several tax matters including audits and settlement agreements with the IRS, State Comptroller, and Texas Work Force Commission. It has been a great relief to have William’s representation. He has been ...extremely successful with his negotiations on our behalf, and has saved us hundreds of thousands of dollars to date.

Very knowledgable in multiple specialties...

I found William Konofsky to be an excellent attorney, who thinks strategically and blends multiple disciplines very well. He is very sharp in both Bankruptcy and Tax matters. I talked to a number of lawyers before hiring Bill and all of them told me the "Chapter 20" Bankruptcy was a thing of the past... in Texas. Bill, on the other hand, was very aware of the right way that this could still be done and proceeded to execute a strategy which worked very well for me. I would stromgly recommend his services to anyone neededing Tax advice and/or help with a Bankruptcy.

Recommendation for Attorney Wiliam Kunofsky

I recommend William Kunofsky. I used Mr. Kunofsky 3 years ago to handle my chapter 13 bankruptcy matter. William Kunofsky represented me and he did an excellent job of resolving my IRS Tax issues. This occured at a time in my life where I had no one and nowhere to turn for help. I had no knowledge... as to how I was was going to get this situation handled. William Kunofsky gave me hope, the proper information and turned what I thought was an impossible situation from a negative to a positive one. Mr. Kunofsky will even workout a payment arrangement that is tailored to your specific financial needs. I recommend William Kunofsky, he is an excellent attorney, and an expert in all Tax matters. My IRS issues are being successfully resolved.
