Mr. Nameth and his Team solved my IRS nightmare

09/06/2020 I wanted to write to talk about my experience with the Nick Nemeth Law Firm. My personal story was that I found myself in a situation that I knew was not going to get better without seeking an expert in dealing with IRS. I had not filed taxes for over 10 years. The IRS said that I owed well over $100,000 in penalties and interest. In 2015 after hearing an ad on the radio and checking him out on the Internet, I decided to call Mr. Nemeth's Law Firm. They set up an affordable payment plan for his legal fees and we got started. What I was immediately impressed by was that every time I called or emailed a question or concern, someone at the firm quickly called or emailed back with an answer or a response. The quick responses continued through the entire process. I can't tell you how important this was to me. I had never had this kind of experience with any other law firm. Several months after we had started the process, I had a consultation with Mr. Nemeth and the decision was made to wait until several years of back taxes expired. During this time, the Nemeth Firm filed all of my taxes for me. I have recently retired and because my income has decreased considerably, my Case Manager suggested we file a current income/expense form with the IRS. This paperwork showed that I would not be able to repay the $48,000 balance they said I still owed. About a month later I received a CASE CLOSED letter from the IRS due to my inability to pay. HURRAY !!! For twenty years I have dreaded every IRS letter I received. This weight has been removed from my shoulders thanks to all the hard work from everyone who worked on my case at the Nemeth Law Firm. Hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable, courteous. Very astute, informative, helpful for 13 years on my case

I came to see Nick after closing a business and incurring a $60,000 debt to the IRS. I was horrified when the liens were attached to my home. Nick explained the process and has communicated with me for 13 years until the debt went away. His staff is amazing!

Nick Nemeth - the best to deal with the IRS

We owed the IRS a tax debt we could not even possibly begin to pay. We had tried dealing with the IRS directly and had talked with another attorney and had been given a dire picture of what would ensue, and were more confused and fearful than when we started. We walked into The Law Offices of Nick Nemeth full of fear and trepidation, not knowing what to expect. The front desk staff were relaxed and professional, and assured us that if anybody could help us, it would be Nick Nemeth. Nick walked into the conference room and was confident and friendly. After talking with us at length and reviewing our files, he told us that we qualified to obtain the rare and coveted Offer in Compromise, which would, if approved by the IRS, result in a one-time payment of a small fraction of our tax debt. We met with Brittney, our case manager, who clearly explained what we would need to do, and that we would be working with Brad and Elizabeth as well. All three were readily available to communicate with us via telephone or email and met with us in person as needed. They helped us complete all the necessary documentation for submission to the IRS, and were very reassuring during the long wait for the IRS to come to a decision. Much to our surprise and delight, our Offer in Compromise was accepted by the IRS, reducing our tax debt from well over $100,000 to just over $1,300! This would never have happened without the assistance and knowledge of Nick Nemeth, Elizabeth, Brittney, Brad, and the other staff of Nick’s law office. We would highly recommend retaining their services to anybody who feels overwhelmed and hopeless due to a huge tax debt. Don’t give up! Nick and his staff will not give up, and will fight the IRS for you to the end! The relief of having such a huge weight lifted off our shoulders was indescribably relieving.

The Ultimate Tax Solution!

After years of unproductive IRS interaction regarding a major tax dispute, leading up to what appeared to be an impossible resolution, my wife found Nick Nemeth. Highly Recommend Nick and His Team

In 2016 I owed the IRS in the neighborhood of $50,000, through no fault of my own. I had heard Nick's ads many times on the radio, and decided to give him a try. The moment I walked into Nick's office, I was made to feel very welcome and treated courteously and professionally. After the meeting with Nick, in which he clearly explained my options at the time, I took a day or two to think about it all. After deciding to retain Nick's services, he surprised me with a call one day to assure me that there was no reason for me to lose any sleep over the matter. Of course, a good night's sleep was sometimes easier said than done, but I did everything Nick and his team asked of me, and several months later, we filed for "Innocent Spouse Relief". It took about a year for the resolution, but I was relieved of tax liability, including penalties and interest for the tax years from which the debt arose. The burden which weighed so heavily on my mind for over 4 years, was finally lifted, and I felt like a free man again. I owe a great debt of gratitude to Nick and his team. I feel like they gave me my life back. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Nick and his IRS Team to anyone experiencing problems with taxes and the IRS. Wow! I believe there is no need to say more. In our first consultation, Mr Nemeth seemed very honest but it was also clear to me that he has a well polished system in place. A Job Well Done!

Sherry and I just wanted to say Thank You to everyone at the Law Offices of Nick Nemeth! From the very beginning the staff has always been very personable and of course professional. The payment terms up front were very helpful and the communication was always prompt. The most important item we want to make clear was the level of commitment and services provided on the firms part never dwindled from the beginning to the end, long, long after the payments were made by us. Also the prediction of the settlement was very close to what we were told from the very start. At one point the IRS claimed we owed almost $10,000,000 in taxes!!! Very Good!

I went to Nick Nemeth when I got a letter from the IRS. I was very upset! His staff calmed me down and laid out the options. They were very professional and took me through the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about this firm. The were able to lower what I owed an was in my court!

Highly Recommend the Law Offices of Nick Nemeth

I owed the IRS over $200,000 for my 2015 taxes. I made payments over the following year and a half when I could - however, the interest kept rising and I was not able to stay on top of it. Finally, the threating letters started coming and the IRS would no longer work with me or accept smaller payments. The attorney’s at Nick Nemeth’s office were very informative and promptly contacted me regarding my situation. They explained things to me very clearly and made sure I understood what my options were. Within a short time, Nick Nemeth’s office was able to negotiate an installment plan with the IRS. I was looking at $81,000 in IRS debt in December a year ago. The lady at the IRS told me I had 30 days to pay $8,000 or they would place a lien on my business. At that point I was scared and thought I may have to sell my business. My income was dropping every year due to the growing competition in the area. One day I was listening to the radio and heard Nick’s ad and realized he helps people like me; he could stop this IRS financial stress. I picked up the phone and made an appointment the next day. Upon walking in his office, the courteous and professional staff made me feel like it was all going to be okay. Andrea was the first person I met when I walked into the office. She was so caring, strong, and calming. I’ll never forget that day. Nick explained to me all my options and how I would have a team that would take over all conversations with the IRS. He was very knowledgeable and gave me information of how we would proceed. He explained my expenses were greater than my income and there was a very good chance we could do an Offer in Compromise. Excellent!!!

Can't express how thankful I am for the hard work and protection I received from Nick and his staff. I had a tangled mess that I did not see an end to. Nick and his staff were professional, kind and caring. I wasn't sleeping, I had no appetite and my situation was affecting my personal relationships. Life just sucked!!! I wasn't very proud either. My first contact with Nick's office and I knew I was going to be ok. It was relief not felt in so long. I have done only 2 reviews in the last 10 years. One was help I received during recovery after a tornado destroyed my home in 2015 and now for Nick Nemeth. I hired Nick Nemeth twice. The 2nd time I made a simple error in reading a document I received and thought I was in trouble again. Nick was awesome... He explained what I received and no action was required on my part. HAD WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER AN ABOVE AVERAGE EXPERIENCE WITH THE LAW OFFICE OF NICK NEMETH. HE AND HIS ASSISTANTS WERE ALWAYS PREPARED AND DILIGENT TOWARDS MY RESOLUTION WITH THE IRS. NEVER HAD A TIME WHEN I CALLED THEM OR THEY CALLED ME OR I SHOWED UP IN PERSON, THAT EVERYONE WASNT FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I EVEN THINK THE LADIES UPFRONT ALWAYS LOOKED FORWARD TO ME COMING IN AND TELLING THEM THE LATEST JOKE I HAD HEARD. ALL CLEAN OF COURSE. THE REASON FOR MY VISIT TO THE OFFICE WASNT A LIKABLE SITUATION, BUT THE VISIT ITSELF WAS ALWAYS UPBEAT AND PLEASURABLE. THEY ALWAYS HAD ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS AND HANDLED THINGS, I THOUGHT, IN A PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY MANNER. Nick Nameth to the Rescue

After getting a garnishment letter from the IRS, I reached out to Mr Nameth. After a personal consultation by phone (I was on the east coast sweating bullets), he put a stop the same day to the garnishment. Other than some routine financials and consultations with his staff, I had to do nothing. His staff is five star as well as they communicated me regularly on where my case stood. I believe Mr Nameth named my case "Tap Dance 'till December" and sure enough, my case of 30K+ was dismissed 100 percent in December. Great team to work with and I highly recommend them.
