He is admitted in the US Tax Court and All Federal District Courts of TX, US Supreme Court, Court of Appeals for the Fifth Federal Circuit, US Court of International Trade, US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the United States Navy-Marine Corps Court of Criminal Appeals. Mr. Manigrasso is a member of the Texas Bar College and Texas State Bar Pro Bono College. He’s an Adjunct Professor at the Texas A&M School of Law. Went out of his way...literally
Paul handled our wills and POA's. But since he was not locally based, he was not able to notarize the documents. Prior to an operation, Paul made the time to stop by my house and help us get things finalized.
