I represent clients in both bankruptcy and tax controversy. I have thirty years of extensive experience in IRS and Sales tax cases. I combine bankruptcy with tax knowledge to find better solutions for my clients. I look for the best solution not the easiest.
I am a Certified Public Accountant as well as an Attorney. I have earned a Masters Degree in Taxation. I have taught taxation at the university level. Two former IRS Revenue Officers help with tax cases.
I make wine as a hobby and enjoy sharing with my friends and colleagues.

Great Lawyer
The IRS took our refund before our case was closed and after the case was dismissed and closed they still helped us get our money back and are till willing to help. Every time we call they are always there for us.
