Do you want to lose?

Chris is the best family lawyer I have ever worked with and I have tried many. He explained everything to me clearly in our first meeting and when ever I had a question he immediately responded via email or fax. One of the greatest things about Chris is he does not overcharge like so many attorney...s that I have worked with. I ultimately won my case after many attorney’s told me that it was not possible and now I can proudly say that I am one of few men living in Texas that is receiving child support from his ex wife. Let me say that again I live in Texas and I receive child support from my ex wife!!! If you want to be over charged, left clueless throughout the process, and potentially lose what matters the most to you then let me know and I will refer at least 5 other family lawyers to you.

Fantastic Lawyer

I believe Chris has integrity, a great disposition, and is extremely professional. He gave me fair and balanced advice while I was going through a child custody modification and also kept me well informed throughout the entire process. His knowledge, communication style, and attention to detail made ...it a very positive experience. The modification was a success, and I will definitely use Chris whenever it's appropriate in the future.

Chris Schmiedeke works hard to protect his clients

Christopher has helped me from the first day we met. He has been a tough and thorough attorney. He has also been a supportive person who was always on my side. He took time to explain every step of my divorce. He looked at every part of the divorce to make sure me and my kids were protected and s...ecure. His professionalism and his patience through out the divorce process was invaluable. I would reccommend Chris highly.

Child Custody Modification

This law office is really good. My lawyer, Robert, took the time to hear my situation/case(Child Custody Modification) and he already knew the direction my case needed to go. After I supplied them with all the facts, documents, information that I had, they immediately got the ball moving. Everyone in...volved in my case, including office staff, were always nice and professional!!! Total turn time—-Hired in late May and Case Completed mid August!!! Also I would like to give a special thanks to Meagan for her hard work and diligence!
