Represented me very well

Chris took my case after I was blindsided with a custody lawsuit from my daughter's mother. A year later, I came out on top! I had always assumed the father has little to no chance of getting primary custody, but Chris and his law firm made it happen. Chris made the whole process as transparent as po...ssible and Iman was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was extremely prompt with responses and very informative.

Great Lawyer. Saved our Sanity!

Chirs is very upfront with his clients. It takes a while to get used to his style but once you get used to it, you start trusting his intuition. My (now ex) husband is a psychopath and a control freak. At trail, Chris did an excellent job at exposing this to the judge. He was very articulate and to ...the point. We got more than what we were initially asking from the opposing party. I am very satisfied with his services. I wish he also dealt with appeals and post trail issues.

Helped with a long distance modification of child suppport

Although I spoke to Chris initially, my regular correspondence was with Iman who I found to be incredibly helpful, responsive and pro-active. Emails were returned instantly and all questions were answered within minutes. At the conclusion of the process, my modification was granted and parenting pl...an updated to my preferences.

Before I ever even met for my initial consultation Mr. Schmiedeke was always quick to answer any questions I had either by email or phone. Even 2 months later He still is quick to reply. He and his staff were very helpful. They went out of there way to make my divorce as painless as possible. ... I am very satisfied with the agreement he worked out and apprciate that his staff continues to answere my questions even after my case was done and setteled. The fees and prices were very reasonable and he did not nickle and dime me for every little thing. I highly recommend his services.

Super representation and strategy

While it took a while for me to get used to working so much on a virtual basis, I found it worked well and saved time and money. But importantly, Chris is very strategic and once he got me to follow his lead, his strategies worked great in my divorce and it ended up exactly where we had hoped. Chri...s' representation saved my sanity and allowed us to move on. Great lawyer in family law. Hope i never need him again but if i did-------would not think twice about having him represent me.
