Reasonable, Bright and Ethical Attorney

Had a seemingly simple child custody case where teenage kids asked to move in with me full-time. Met with recalcitrant and unreasonable respondent who's primary tactic seemed to be to delay resolution and run up billing. Chris handled the situation like a true professional, helping me navigate th...e situation, keeping me abreast of developments and was willing to fully engage in the process. He is well connected and respected within the Collin County courthouse, and with local attorneys as well. Having Chris represent you will probably save you thousands of dollars in needless fees, as well as avoiding countless hours of sleepless nights as he provides you with representation that has a value that is worth two or three times what he asks in fees.

Wonderful guide during the divorce process

Chris very quickly and effectively handled my divorce and custody case. He was very direct and always answered any questions I had. We communicated mainly via email (huge plus) and he was always extremely prompt in responding to my messages or reviewing my revised documents. He took the time to kn...ow my situation and acted accordingly. I would recommend Chris to anyone needed a divorce lawyer; he was able to finalize my divorce in under 65 days, always answered my questions quickly, and kept cost in mind the entire time.

Chris, a straightforward and very informative lawyer,he is knowledgeable of the law pertaining to divorce....i recommend him

I am so happy with his service throughout my Divorce case....when he told me i will be going to court i accepted it with faith and it was just exactly the date he told me....his fee is very reasonable and i will always recommend him to everyone with a divorce issue.

Chris Schmiedeke is a great lawyer!

Chris is a great lawyer. My wife and I had an uncontested divorce but didn't trust ourselves do go through it without some sort of legal support. Chris was excellent and very responsive. Anytime I had a question via phone or email, he was very quick to respond and didn't charge me extra for it lik...e most lawyers do. He was very straight forward and personable, all around a good guy to work with. I would highly recommend his services.

Simple painless divorce with low cost

My ex husband and I needed a simple divorce, and had already agreed to the terms. Chris did a good job for a fixed fee. He clearly stated what needed to be done and completed everything in a timely fashion. He knew what he was doing and there were no surprises. He made this as painless as possible....
