Definetely recommend!

Chris took care of my uncontested divorce. The process was very simple and I was able to do everything through email. The first time I actually met Chris was when we went to court to finalize the divorce. I had contacted a couple of other law firms before contactinfg Chris and Chris's assistant w...as very quick in replying, compared to the other two law firms. The quick response and the fixed flat fee rate was what made me decide on Chris as my lawyer. The fee that Chris charged was very good compared to other estimates that I had gotten. I am pleased with his service and I definetely recommend him.

Confident and Knowledgable

My experience with Mr. Schmiedeke was refreshingly short and sweet. It was my first encounter with him that gave me the confidence that he was both fair and knowledgeable and the one to go with. Prior to my actually deciding to move forward with obtaining representation, he was kind enough to show ...me the benefit of me doing so. During the process of my husband divorcing me, a lot of things were being thrown at me by his attorney which caused me to become overwhelmed, but Chris never ever flinched, he was cool under pressure at all times and assured me that everything would be alright, and for that alone, I'm very grateful! My divorce did not go full term because of reconciliation but if it had I'm confident that Chris would have represented me well.

Divorce Process & Attorney's Performance Review

Chris Schmiedeke did an excellent job from start to finish with our divorce proceedings. It was an uncontested situation in which my spouse and I agreed. Mr. Schmiedeke provided the questions, guidelines and necessary explanation of procedures up front. All went as he described and very smoothly. Whi...le a very emotional time for both my husband and I, it was made much easier by the competency Mr. Schmiedeke displayed, as well as his overall concern that the process be seamless and expedited as quickly as the process would allow. I was very pleased overall with my attorney. Wishing to not have to be in the situation at all, of course, but with his direction the process exceeded expectations and I am relieved to have this chapter behind me. Chris is a great attorney.

Excellent Work In Handling My Divorce

Chris and his staff did a perfect job in helping me through my divorce. My case probably was not a normal considering I was living overseas during most of the time the case was being reviewed by Chris and the court. I was very impressed with the way Chris handled the case with the presiding judge. ... Chris knew exactly what questions to ask me during the hearing. We spent less than two minutes in court and this is all because of the fashion Chris presented the facts to the judge. Chris and his staff made a potential stressful situation into a process which was as stress fee as possible. I highly recommend Chris for your legal concerns. Dr. Jeffrey P. Walker

Divorce case

Chris and Iman handled my divorce this past year. This wasn't my first, so not new to the rodeo. I had already consulted with some attorneys, one well known that advertises on the radio, when I met with Chris. He immediately pointed out the flaws in the OC's original petition and where we had advant...ages. Knew right then that I had found the right lawyer to handle the case. Even though this dragged on for almost 2 years I never felt it was Chris' fault. I always felt he knew the law and never doubted in his ability. I ended up with more than I asked for from the beginning and I feel that a large part is because of Chris and his advice during the whole affair. Iman always kept me informed and was always there to answer my questions or get with Chris to get me the answer if she didn't know. I always knew when we were to be in court or what was needed of me. Fees were reasonable (it is relative, he is a lawyer after all) and in line with other firms. The bills were easy to understand and you always knew what had been done and what you were paying for. Never felt any pressure that the bill had to be paid immediately. I highly recommend these two because of their knowledge and professionalism. Chris, Iman... thank you!
