I received a call from Winocour Law earlier today that stated they have successfully dismissed my second School Bus Stop Arm ticket this year! My route to work takes a path coming off of the Toll road into Downtown Dallas which turns into a 5 lane road. Coming off of the Toll road in the furthest lef...t lane heading into Downtown has caused me to receive a few of these tickets due to not seeing the school bus (5 lanes over in a off road stopping area) until all other traffic has passed me by.
