Jonathan Francis Winocour

I was rear ended by an Eighteen Wheeler and I hired Jonathan...He seemed like a good attorney but he dropped my case in the middle of my claim...even though I won my case it was not because of Jonathan Winnicour I had to fight my case on my own...he cost me thousands of dollars! Horrible attorney who... I believe I could never deal with again!

Jonathan was very kind, personable, patient, and very professional. He was very genuine and competent. He was able to reach the best settlement for me in my personal injury case. I was very impressed with him and how he ran his firm. He was very honest, has integrity, and will you want he can and... cannot do. I will definitely use him and his firm again should the need arises.

I went to see Jonathan, about my divorce. I found him to be very helpful very patient, very thorough when discussing my situation. Jonathan prepared me for the possible, best and worst case scenarios. Other attorney's made me feel rushed, and not listened to. Jonathan is very genuine and cares abo...ut the outcome for his clients and not just about his wallet. His office staff are very friendly and professional. Due to his advise and counsel my situation has drastically improved for all involved and I cannot recommend this guy and his associates enough. I went with this office instead of the attorney I normally use because the fee was 35.00 less than my regular attorney. The deal with Winocour is that they charge you another fee on top of the hiring fee. Totalling 205.00!!! My regular attorney does not charge you extra fees. I regret hiring them. I ...will not use them again and go back to the attorney I have always used... He has always managed to keep tickets off my record with the one time fee (unless I had to take defensive driving then I had to pay for the class of course). Lesson learned...
