I went to see Jonathan, about my divorce. I found him to be very helpful very patient, very thorough when discussing my situation. Jonathan prepared me for the possible, best and worst case scenarios. Other attorney's made me feel rushed, and not listened to. Mr. Winocour and his staff were all very helpful, patient and understanding throughout my case. I was involved in a serious auto accident, and desperately needed someone to help with financial recovery. The other driver was underinsured, and there were other factors that made the case more complica...ted than it initially appeared on the surface. Communication was timely, and they always took the time to fully explain what was going on and where we were in the process. Mr. Winocour is very knowledgeable, and did a great job of negotiating with the insurance companies, hospitals, doctors, etc. I'm very pleased with the settlement he was able to get for me. First and foremost I would like to say that Jonathan and his staff provided excellent service from start to finish! One must understand that the legal process (for any case) can sometimes be long and drawn out. My case took 2 years to finish which is completely fine with me. That being said, Jonathan... and his staff always kept me in the loop, were clear on every step of the process, and always provided me with the best possible advice/options available. His staff did do most of the communicating/managing of my case during the initial phase and they were phenomenal! When Jonathan's time came to represent me in person he was the best that I had seen thus far! He was passionate, very vocal, really took a personal approach, and was just an overall meticulous craftsman of his trade in my experience with him! He was great and I would definitely refer him to anyone for legal advice and representation!

Charged more than double most ticket attorneys and received $35 attorney results. With the exorbitant fee it should've included appeal to county court, not just a appearance from a associate to do less than I could have . It would've been cheaper to just pay tickets. I've accumulated alot of tickets... over the years and quite familiar how the system works. Never got to speak to attorney just whoever answers the phone, ironic he can respond to reviews on several sites but unavailable on the phone. Just 2 emails plus 1 five days after judication and no calls isn't much service for $260, especially considering result.
