Charged more than double most ticket attorneys and received $35 attorney results. With the exorbitant fee it should've included appeal to county court, not just a appearance from a associate to do less than I could have . It would've been cheaper to just pay tickets. I've accumulated alot of tickets... over the years and quite familiar how the system works. Never got to speak to attorney just whoever answers the phone, ironic he can respond to reviews on several sites but unavailable on the phone. Just 2 emails plus 1 five days after judication and no calls isn't much service for $260, especially considering result.

I had gotten a ticket in Marshall Texas that I thought was totally unfair. I was driving along 20 heading east. The weather had been very hot, but then it started raining. The first rain after very hot days can make the highway extremely slippery. I slowed way down but hydroplaned anyway and ended up... in the ditch. Anyway, I got a ticket which was unbelievable. I received a call from Winocour Law earlier today that stated they have successfully dismissed my second School Bus Stop Arm ticket this year! My route to work takes a path coming off of the Toll road into Downtown Dallas which turns into a 5 lane road. Coming off of the Toll road in the furthest lef...t lane heading into Downtown has caused me to receive a few of these tickets due to not seeing the school bus (5 lanes over in a off road stopping area) until all other traffic has passed me by.
