Biography
I practice exclusively family law. This includes adoptions, amicus or ad litem work, mediations, child support, suits affecting the parent-child relationship (SAPCR), divorces, premarital agreements and other family matters. I also mediate cases and can act as a Parent Coordinator and Parent Facilitator.
I find myself in the Courtroom quite often and am an experienced litigator. While I wish I was in Court exclusively to finalize adoptions, the reality is, I am there because a story needs to be told. I attempt to resolve all cases without the need for court intervention. When a case goes to trial, I work with my client to ensure they are prepared for the road ahead. This requires a thorough gameplan, knowledge of the facts, evidence and most importantly, my client's individual story.
