I practice exclusively family law. This includes adoptions, amicus or ad litem work, mediations, child support, suits affecting the parent-child relationship (SAPCR), divorces, premarital agreements and other family matters.  

I find myself in the Courtroom quite often and am an experienced litigator. While I wish I was in Court exclusively to finalize adoptions, the reality is, I am there because a story needs to be told. I attempt to resolve all cases without the need for court intervention. When a case goes to trial, I work with my client to ensure they are prepared for the road ahead. This requires a thorough gameplan, knowledge of the facts, evidence and most importantly, my client's individual story.

Outstanding Man with a big heart that happens to also be a lawyer

Best decision of my life and child
Mark Clasby was one the best decisions I've made in my life because he gave me my life back. Getting joint custody with no child support involved has given a whole new life but ultimately the best decision for my son. Mark is a highly intelligent person who truly cares about his clients to the point where you feel that it's a family member guiding you and helping you get the best result possible. I highly recommend Mark to anyone needing family solutions. Amazing attorney and person in general, you will be forever grateful having him on YOUR side!

Mark Clasby is such an excellent , caring and trust worthy family law attorney. Wisely guided and directed me through every step of my divorce. He listened and truly cares about each of his clients.
